Orchid Republic Floral Boutique is by far THE BEST FLORIST IN LOS ANGELES!!! I've lived in Chicago, San Francisco and LA....and i have bought many flowers and floral arrangements for myself, gifts, and events and I would only go to Orchid Republic Floral Boutique here on out! CARMELLA WAS ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY THE BEST TOO....SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME ON THE SPOT AND MADE MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY ? THE BEST EVER WITH THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ORCHID ARRANGEMENT EVER!!!! Be aware, deceiving photos, not what you expect. First time in my life I returned flowers back to the shop. My 20 year old daughter ordered flowers for my birthday and chose OR with the help of her father, because of high ranking reviews. I was leaving the house and saw a small mason jar with some flowers and green leaves by the door and I thought, my neighbour dropped it off. When I turned around and said to my husband these flowers are from my daughter his answer was, "what??? these flowers are not worth $100". Apparently they were. It was a small mason jar 89 cent worth and about 6 roses, aprox 5 inch tall and filled wirb eucalyptus and some other greenery. Something you may find at the farmers market for $20. I was chocked! I called OR immediately and explained my dissatisfaction. I was told the bouquet was $59, plus tax, plus delivery. So they charged $30 delivery fee to go 3 miles. I asked them to come back and pick it up and refund the money. The woman clearly said OK and wasn't even debating or trying to make up for it. I was not happy that they took advantage of a young person (as the lengthy note included was written to her mother). A half an hour later, I got a call from the manager who wanted to hear what happened, but clearly defended her stand. I explained to her that for the price my daughter paid $94 I should have gotten a dozen of roses, not a farmer's market jam jar with aluminum lid and a few flowers. Her answer was you got 6 roses and this is the recipe for the price. My answer was, "I don't like the food please take it back." She didn't attempt to fix the problem, but said they will pick it up. Total scam, be careful what you are paying for and always ask the recipient to send you a photo. This is just wrong.

I'm currently in Spain and this is my second time ordering flowers and they never fail to exceed my expectations! I ordered it just a few hours prior the delivery and they accept it without hesitation. I must also commend they very affordable price! A highly recommended flower botique! ❤️

Called the Sherman Oaks location to order bereavement flowers. Viviana was so kind and professional. When I received the first photo the arrangement was pretty but was not too happy about the condition of the flowers. I called and spoke with Brenda and expressed my concerns and she so was kind and understanding and offered to change the flowers at no additional cost. Once I got the 2nd email with the photo and I was ecstatic on how beautiful the arrangement was. Great job Orchid Republic of Sherman Oaks.
