They authorized a check, allow withdrawal of it just for a week later say it wasn't and overdraft my account. Had nothing but issues with BOfA.

Always a 35+ minute wait, even at 10:30am on a Monday morning. The customers are terrible, and the security guard doesn't care. I've seen two fights almost start, in front of this location, because there's no system.

Beware! My father had $10,000 worth of gold stolen from his safe deposit box. When he tried to find a way to get it back or at least get the value of the gold returned to him, they said that there was no proof, and there was nothing that they could do. I write this in the hopes that I can protect someone from being in this situation.

Need to get rid of the guy harassing people outside at the ATM asking everyone for money. I do not feel safe depositing money at the ATM.

Atm machines are always broken. If your lucky you will end up in a long line with only one machine up and running.

Still waiting in lin. Its SSI day and only 2 tellers. Manager chilling in the back with some other person. Been line for for 20 minutes and counting. Why is the manager not opening to help? We did that back in out time. These people can't work. They need better management and workers. The tellers are super slow as well. BofA is going down the drain. Nobody hustles anymore. It's like they don't care. Hope upper management sees this and does something to change this branch. It's very close to so I go here. Hard for me to drive at the moment or I would drive all the way to Hollywood to get serviced. One supervisor came later to help help but I was already being serviced. She opened to help. I have felt with her before, she seems like she knows what she is doing.

Worst bank due to wait and customer service. The institution is good. Needs better customer service and mostly customer representatives.

This bank has lines sooo long. They need more tellers and I'm sure they know this. They want everyone to use the ATM machines but many people like the face to face service and feel more comfortable handing over large sums of money to a person and not machine.

Terrible service every time I come I feel racially discriminated, I waited in like for over an hour to cash a check, then a white lady speaking Russian came and a cashier clerk let this younger lady cut the line and they spoke for 15 minutes laughing and speaking in their language, this same lady did the same for a Russian man, She is an older woman with short orange hair named Annie

I have been with BOA for decades! I try my very best not to walk-in to the bank. I try to do things thru the customer service via phone(they deserve 5-Stars), if needed. I have had issues with fraud and Bank of America has been excellent with protecting my money and information. They work fast and the customer service via phone are amazing and truly the only reason I bank with them. NOW, this branch is ridiculous, there is no sign in, they take other customers over you, even if you were there before them. I have been here for over 20 minutes and no one has greeted me.

I live nearby and have come into this bank a few times and really despise when I have to come in because the line is ALWAYS long! (More than 10 people) and they only have 2 tellers working. Twice I've come in during "peak hours". You know, the time it's going to be the busiest because people are off work and need to get things done before heading home. Yup! So I ask, "why are there only 2 tellers?" This is the time when all windows (we can have the exception of 1 being closed) should be OPENED. This is probably the last time I come to this location. I am willing to drive further away for a reasonable wait. I'm just puzzled at how this happens. I need an explanation as do all 20+ of us waiting on line today. This company should pay attention to these reviews and fix this issue. Oh did I mention there's about 8 people in he lobby waiting and only 2 people working there.

This is a busy branch and they only have two windows open but I was there to do a wired and Eileen was great.

This Bank of America suck they always have long line and they only have to teller working normally I don't come to this bank cause I know they suck their long line of those two workers just talking
