The store is mess ítems are in the wrong places the items claims to be on sale and. At check out was more expensive. Manager was busy on a personal call asked to speak to her and waited about 15 minutes. I’m a rewards member not a good place to go back. Manager would honor it the price. Oh well I make sure I don’t go back there any more..poor customer service Liz

This is the worse shop ever in the San Fernando valley. Very poor customer service. They never answer the calls professional & with a nasty attitude. They put you on hold automatically without giving a chance to speak. We just signed up for an account for our dealer depending on high quality service. Now I'm very disappointed for their service that I had to order on line even though I can't depend on this store for such negligence & their worse customer service quality & experience....?

I must say I spent millions with AutoZone since 2004 I dealt with many many people from AutoZone from the commercial accounts to their front cashier I must say Liz your manager she is the best employee I've ever had the opportunity of dealing with she goes well above and beyond and makes it personal in other words getting you the part you need she takes that to heart she loves her job I can tell do not lose this employee at all costs she's nothing but a credit to your business and should be treated as such

lots of hostility from the staff and not particularly respectful either. i had to return a part in exchange for the larger version (just pulley to the whole tensioner & pulley), and while the younger dudes were chill helping me with the return the older guy (who had originally sold me the part 20 mins prior) interrupted the two of us. i get checking that the part wasnt damaged or whatever, but it was extremely pointed and his sucky attitude spoiled the perfectly normal interaction i was having with the younger dude. i stepped out to make a call with my mechanic, we decided i would bring in the part for him so when i came back in i ended up being helped by the older guy again. was SUPER disrespectful that time - i explained that i needed the full tensioner, not just the pulley, - and explained that i was taking it in this time, because he seemed annoyed to have to deal with me again. to which he said “so what do you want me to do!?” angrily, which i wasnt expecting, so i just repeated myself… get me the part.. and said i was ready to read the number whenever he was. i mean, damn, even if he didnt hear me say i needed the first sentence there was absolutely no reason to speak to me that way. super super rude, which is sad because ive had many great autozone experiences elsewhere in the valley. it was really disappointing to have this guy talk down to me like i know nothing, when i was being very clear the entire time. ive been trying to figure out why he felt the need to talk down and be so hostile, and at least from my perspective the fact that im visibly queer had to play a part in it. staff needs to seriously be trained in how to respectfully help other people, especially queer folks (& looking at other reviews, women too). this is coming from someone who has worked with the public for years, so i know how difficult people can be & how respectful i was being.

Horrible waste of time I took the battery for my vehicle that I purchased from autozone to get checked because it wasn't working and they tell me if still good but just needed a charge wasted my time waiting for it just so that it continues to be drained they did not check the battery correctly even tho we told them it has to be the battery good thing we have warranty on it because I took it to another location in Sylmar and thankfully they were able to exchange the battery for me and give me a new replacement. Get it together zoners

I’ve been coming to the store for 26 years. It’s always nice and neat. Unfortunately, today was the first time I was treated with attitude and disrespect by Diego, whom I assumed was the manager.I said good morning, and he just responded, Are you going to pay cash or debit? and he redirected me to another section so that I could check out on my own “Fast and easy” to that I give 5 stars, but to Diego’s attitude, zero!@Diego, if you don’t like your job, do something about it. A great attitude goes 1,000 miles.Happy holidays to the rest of the Auto Zone Crew members! You all have always been awesome!
