Used their services for an event and was quoted much cheaper than other places. Delivered it the day before (Friday) and picked it up Monday morning. Definitely recommend!

Don't use Annie's. I ordered a porta potty for a job in Glendale. For a month. They said a month. The email said a month. I got charged $175 for a month. When they delivered it, the driver left it half on the lawn and half on the sidewalk. Nowhere near where I asked them to put it. Then, a week later they picked it up. With my lock on it! I called, they said "you asked for it for a week". I asked if they could bring it back that day. The next day, it wasn't there so I called and asked for a refund of the difference. Well, out of $175 (for a month), I got $27 back! (A weekly charge is $145 or something). So, for their mistake I get $27 back and I'm out a nice combination lock. Go with someone else. Anyone else. Don't use Annie's. I wish I would have checked their reviews before using them.

honestly this service is horrible-- they do not service it as promised and impossible to get in touch with someone. your place will smell like sewage. customer service the worst. any positive reviews are planted. mine is real. avoid them.

They might be cheap but not reliable when delivering containers. You expect them to come but no show yet the charge your credit card already. This will the last business I will do with them.

Terrible. Not only have we given them way more business than they deserve, but have continued to be patient throughout their constant mistakes. Finally taking the time to write a review because each time we call and complain and ask to speak to a supervisor or management about our complaints, we get "I am the manager" and there is "nothing else they can do".First off, we order portable restrooms on a daily basis and have never had as many issues as we do with this company. For a general idea of issues: 1) restrooms not being delivered on time when requested 2) restrooms not being serviced (sometimes for weeks on end) while on site 3) never receiving invoices via email as they promise 4) requesting pickup and restroom "never getting put on their schedule". The list goes on but these are the major issues.First off, if we are requesting a specific date, it's for a reason. We understand if that date is not available. However, when we request a date and are told it will be delivered that date, that is in some way a confirmation/guarantee. I cannot count the amount of times we have had a crew sitting around waiting for the unit to arrive, only to find out that it "wasn't put on schedule" and will now be delivered the following day (BTW we have to call them - they never once gave a courtesy call to us) .This is completely unacceptable. That leaves our 3-4 man crew without a restroom for an entire work day. Not only is that not right, it looks unprepared on our part to have the crew have to ask our customers to use their personal restroom. NOT OKAY. Secondly, not servicing a portable restroom properly? I dont need to say much there. Disgusting and unprofessional. This should be one of the most important parts of their business. Third, in any industry, receiving an invoice is a very simple request. I have had to request them to send me a copy of each order since the beginning. A perfect example of our patience. The customer should not have to ask (repeatedly) to be sent proof of payment, especially when it's a simple task. Each time we told them we never received, they confirmed the email - which every single time was spelled incorrectly somehow....Lastly, and to sum up this overly long review - I'll share the reason I took the time to write this was because today was the last straw.We finished a project in late January and requested pickup on January 27th. it is supposed to be 1-3 business days (sometimes 1-5) for removal right?Well, our customer who left out of town right when the project finished returned home today (April 14th) to find the restroom still on site.So 2.5 months later and the restroom is still on site....Luckily, this customer is one of the more patient ones we have had.And to no surprise, when we called and requested to have this expedited and picked up immediately we were again told "we can't guarantee a date". No apology, no sincerity - nothing. When we asked for a supervisor to see if they can move things around and add to todays pickup route we get "I am the manager". I also am a manager within our company and I would never respond to a customer in that manner. Their lack of accountability and lack of responsibility is ultimately the reason we will never use them again.

Horrible service. They left the port a potty in my front yard for two weeks and never came to service it. Smelly and hot. They were supposed to pick up today (Saturday) as promised and instead decided to come on Monday. I live in A gated community with an HOA, the whole experience with this company, really awful. The stench from the toilet is horrid, and they dont care! The call rep Beatriz is sweet. But the dispatch and the drivers , terrible. Will never use them again for any construction projects in my home.

Horrible service! They dropped off the port a potty two weeks ago during construction on my home and they never came to service it. The stench is horrid. These days have been hot and the smell permeates the neighborhood. I live in a gated HOA community and this smelly horrible out house is awful. They were supposed to at the very least pick it uptoday, Saturday but never showed up. They are the worst. I will never use this service again for any construction projects.

I am in the construction business and have used Annie's on many occasions with only great experiencesIf you are in need of these services and you are lucky enough to be in their service area I would highly recommend using them over any other choices out there

Do not rent anything from this company they will leave the restroom 3 month on your site after you request from them to pick it up and keep charging you for this time..When you try to fight them after they will treat you with putting a lien on your property..

We are a construction company who wanted to use them for one of our sites- I mean they're cheap so why not give them a shot, right? Spoke to them on a Tuesday and scheduled a delivery for Thursday- was specifically told we were on the schedule for a Thursday delivery. Called them first thing Thursday morning to confirm and was told they never actually scheduled us with their dispatcher for delivery. Was told "maybe" they could get us one out there Friday afternoon (leaving our guys without a bathroom for a whole day) but they couldn't promise us anything because the dispatcher was already pretty much booked up. When I reminded them that we were told two days ago otherwise they told us there is nothing they can do and they'd give us a call later to let us know whenever they could schedule us. Never even bothered to offer an apology for their mistakes or offer any form of compensation and/or attempt to rectify the problem. Of course, given our interaction with them we went and found another company to use. This company is beyond unprofessional and I would advise against using them if you want any form of reliability or proper business interactions.

First of all, all these 1 star reviews have to be from bogus competitors because there is no way this company deserves a bad review. I have a construction company and we have tried every portable toilet company under the sun and hands down Annie's is my favorite! I love talking to Beatrice, she's such a sweetheart and is always so helpful. I am always able to get a toilet same day or next day and I get a call from the office when they are on route. This streamlining makes it very efficient for me to handle multiple jobs without having to worry about calling in to check up.All in all I recommend them to all my friends and coworkers and I think you wont regret giving them a try.

Called this company on Friday for an event I had on Saturday and they were able to schedule me in for a last minute job. The lady on the phone was very patient and explained prices and packages to me thoroughly. The restrooms came on time and were clean. Would use again!
