Alex is hands down THE best salesperson at any prop house I’ve been to. Any shopper will know that these long days, multitasking on our feet, and answering a million emails at once while scouring the shelves of a prop house can be overwhelming. Alex always meets you with a smile and a fantastic sense of humor, all while being so professional and accommodating. I was in and out of Alpha in less than an hour with all my questions answered and more! I can’t wait for my next visit. We <3 Alpha Medical!

I can't say enough good things about Alex and the whole team at Alpha. They are extremely knowledgeable about medical set dressing which is hugely important to a sets' integrity and accuracy. I also cannot stress enough how helpful Alex & team are. They consistently go above and beyond on every project I'm on - from the biggest commercial to the smallest labor of love movies. I love working with Alpha so much!!

Alex and his team at Alpha are absolute all stars. Not only did they make my experience renting medical equipment easy, they had everything we needed as well as the expertise to help us navigate through their huge and well stocked warehouse.The team at Alpha worked with our team to stay within budget and went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. We had an extremely quick turn around and the team didn’t flinch, but instead were positive and hardworking to help us get out of the door in a timely fashion.I can not recommend Alex and his team at Alpha enough for your medical rental needs. They will make it a very pleasant experience and you will be left wanting to have another medical job to visit them ASAP! 12/10 stars!!

Alpha props is absolutely my favorite prop house in all of Los Angeles. Alex in sales really helped me out when I was in a budget pickle and he took his time to walk me through all the things I needed to get. He even threw some amazing ideas out there that really helped me in making my sets come to life. If you have any medical or lab/scientific needs please go here you will not regret it.

Alpha Medical is my favorite prop house in the United States. As a student, it is really hard to find the perfect prop for an accessible price. I really needed a wheelchair for my short, and no prop houses were helping me out. Until I went to Alpha Medical, the most organized, clean, and friendly place out of all the ones I visited. Alex treated me like a professional, he was kind, understanding, and helped me find the perfect wheelchair in no time! Thanks Alex! Hope to find more people like you in this industry!

I just want to say that alpha medical resources which has more than just medical I have dressed a airport tsa, classroom and examination room ... This place has been a game changer for me with a small Studio and budget they have always accommodated my creative needs thanks to Alex he makes my job easy... I am SO thankful for Alex from Alpha Props. To be honest, I was very nervous about putting together an order for a low budget project. I have production experience but never rented from a prop house. Alex made the whole process not only easy, informational but also fun! Alpha has cemented itself as an industry staple for all things hospital/medical, and when you go there you can see exactly why. Aside from the most impressive volume of clean, well-maintained medical dressing, the customer service sets a standard all other prop houses should strive to meet. My Alpha salesperson Alex has been helping me dress a pharmacy out of thin air and I can't imagine having anyone else help me with this sizable task. He goes so amazingly WAY above and WAY beyond to make me feel at home at Alpha. I'm hard-pressed to think of a salesman who is as helpful, friendly, kind, attentive and responsive as him. Alex has so much knowledge and insight and is eager to share it-- I don't think it's a stretch to say I'd be truly lost without him on this one! I now know to come to Alpha and Alex for all my future medical dressing needs and that I don't have to figure it all out alone. Extremely grateful to this vendor and its incredible sales team.
