I ordered cushions from this company after doing much research. There were some timing issues reported but their quality seemed exemplary and I wanted to support a local company. They came to provide a quote within a day or so and brought several fabric books. I chose a fabric that had discontinued but Tony called his supplier and was assured there was enough in their stock to proceed. Paid my deposit, I was told they weren't very busy so it should be 2-4 weeks. They even took one of my cushions so they could be sure the new ones would fit my furniture. I was impressed! However as time passed it was obvious 2-3 weeks was not going to happen. Several times I was told they were "next in line" for production. As 4th of July approached I still did not have new cushions. More promises that it would be "any day" or "next week" came and went. I tried several times to cancel the order and request a refund but that was not met with consideration. Finally a delivery date was set .... for September 1 (100 days after my order date). As my cushions were being unloaded I knew immediately that I did NOT get the fabric I ordered. I received a lame excuse that they weren't able to get the fabric I ordered and the one they used was the Sunbrella replacement fabric. I don't believe that the be the case. They substituted the fabric without conferring with me first!! They did discount the final payment, but my unhappiness was not met with much sympathy or compassion. The cushions are well made and do work with my outdoor decor, but not what I originally ordered. They started out very helpful but that standard quickly waned. It was an incredibly frustrating experience. If the expectation was that my cushions would take 100 days, I could have lived with that. Although the many broken delivery promises and the wrong fabric were ridiculous. Again, the quality is good, just beware!

Would not do business with them again, nor refer anyone there. Very poor customer service. You can tell they do not care one bit about customer reviews.

There is something strange about this company. They have had my furniture and deposit since middle of August. They continue to delay delivering my furniture. Supposedly there is now a problem with the powder coating of 2 pieces. The delivery was scheduled for today, but no one contacted me that they were was a "problem" with the powder coating. It will take another day or two. I doubt that I will see my furniture in another day or two. I believe the ownership has changed and the business is falling apart.

The owner defrauded me! BUYER BEWARE AND DON'T ORDER OR USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered and fully paid for patio furniture on 6/30/22 and was told by Tony, the new owner, the order would be placed, but there was a 28-32 wk. lead time. I accepted that. For nearly 1 yr, starting in Jan., 2023, I sent email after email inquiring as to the approx. delivery date of my furniture. Most emails went unanswered. A few times when it was answered, there was always a story about he'd have to contact the sales team and have them get back to me, he (the owner) had to go out of town due to family illness, he just got back in town and would check, etc. etc. Finally, in July 2023 when I said if I didn't get my furniture I wanted my money back, I got the final story, He said there was a little problem with both his sales dept and the manufacturer, but I would "have my furniture, (2 benches) in the right color, by the end of the following week." I finally decided I'd had enough and wrote to the manufacturer in Michigan. I was contacted the next day and told by their person that my 2 benches WERE NEVER ORDERED BY ALL PATIO FURNITURE AND THERE NEVER HAD BEEN AN ORDER PLACED FOR THEM!!!! Not only mine, but I was told this same thing happened to another customer who had placed a $25,000 order! I immediately wrote to Tony Patel, the owner, and asked for my money back within 2 wks or I would use all remedies available to get it back. Luckily, Discover credited back my account but as of yesterday, nearly 30 days later, Patel still hadn't contacted Discover nor provided any evidence of my order being placed. He defrauded me! Do not use this lying, cheating company unless you want to loose your money. Lynn T.

Thank you All Patio team for the quick turnaround on my patio furniture restoration. Tony was very straight for straight forward and transparent with the benefits of complete refinish versus just found a simple re sling only! Hope you’re able to look past these few bad reviews they had with from what it looks like new orders, they seem to be on point with their refinishing! Great Experience!!!

I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, I am glad I still decided to take my chairs I just bought to get some brand new cushions made. Brand new custom cushions look amazing. Thank you Tony & Michel for taking care of me.

After 4 months I finally received my cushions and they appear well-constructed. The process was painful due inexplicable delays and lack of reliable, proactive communication. We are hopeful that the quality bears the price paid in time and dollars.

The most unreliable, dishonest company. Do not do business with them. After a terrible job and bagging for my deliveries I paid them in full . Four months after they charged my credit card for no reason at all . IT HAS BEEN HELL. Do not do business with them .

Buyer beware!!! I was referred to this company by family and they started great and then once they got my money they completely changed and stopped responding. Horrible horrible customer service. I was quoted 7-10 days for my furniture to be reslung and completed. They upsold me on spending an additional $1390 on top of the $1650 to get the powder coat done and said it would take no additional time since the furniture was being taken apart anyway. They never brought me back paint samples after being told several times they would. It took them over a week to come back and pick up my table. I text and called Tony (owner) multiple times and he argued with me the customer because they did not do why they said and then made excuse after excuse about how he was busy and his wife was sick and and he was off. All of which had nothing to do with my order. I was upset and told them they should offer a discount and some money back in good faith and the owner Tony argued with me on the phone. Not a great experience as a brand new Customer. I paid him in full for work that has never been completed. It's been over 6 weeks and I still don't have my furniture and I was told it would be less than 2 weeks to complete. He always says someone is going to call me and then never responds. This is absolutely ridiculous especially because this was a referral from a family member who used their services multiple times years ago. So disappointed in this company and this owner. This is a very expensive patio set and I'm worried they won't return it and have taken my money and I'll have to pursue legal action at this point. This is not how you treat customers!! Do NOT use this business.

IF THERE WERE A WAY TO GIVE MINUS STARS AND RATE HORRIBLE I WOULD.BEWARE! THIS EXERIENCE WAS AWEFUL! THIS WAS A THREE MONTH RUNNAROUND AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. ONCE THEY GOT MY MONEY IN MAY, THE WHOLE GAME CHANGED. PLEASE ALSO READ THE POSTING FROM LINDA H. AS WELL AS ELAYNE W AND JACKIE T. These are recent, but there are more. PAST POSTERS ARE INCOURAGED TO ALSO POST ON GOOGLE REVIEW, AND YAHOO. Please read on and save yourself.Here is the story. I purchased my patio furniture on May the 10th with a 2 week delivery commitment from Tony. He finally committed to deliver the third week of June. Never came. He then spins the responsibility off to another guy for All Patio Furniture "Michael". I left the country and did not return until the 23rd of June. According to Michael, my furniture was delivered "to them" weeks prior. My delivery was then set for July 5th. (no way I would have it for the July 4th weekend. Nice right? Nearly 2 months at this point and nothing) Michael advises it wasn't until later the afternoon of the 5th he actually opened the crates my furniture allegedly came in. (it was to be delivered in morning. I took off work and he had not even opened the boxes he has had to confirm he had the correct order. Michael advises us late in the day this was the wrong furniture (I believe he lied and there was no furniture). He has to re order it and it will come in 7 to 10 days. Though I asked for tracking info, and was advised I would get it, I never did. Michael claims the correct order did not come in until Monday July the 24th. 14 days. Not 7-10 days as was committed. Michael then set an appointment for delivery on Tuesday August 2nd AM between 9-12. On the day of delivery that the delivery time is changed to 2-4. (Always in the late afternoon).After 4:00 Michael AGAIN claims he received the shipping 07/24 and never checked it against a manifest (what person does that for the second time?). Upon checking he says he received the wrong patio furniture. Is this starting to sound familiar? I advise both Tony and Michael I want my money back ($2,289.64) and they agree, except Tony says he is in India (last Thursday), and will be back on the weekend. He says he would Zelle me now, but he claims he can not get his Zelle to work out of the country (we know that is not the truth). Rather than Michael sending me a check which we know would never happen, Tony the commits to Zelle me the money. That Zelle should have been here "today, August 8th" (remember, he was back in country over the weekend, and did not do it then as a person with character would do.) Today I have sent text messages to Tony. Tony responded after I called his phone (one that you cannot leave a message on). Tony text messages me after my unanswered call that he will reach back to me in "just a bit" he never did and more important, never Zelled me the money. We are now after 5:00 PM August 8th which is a Tuesday. I should have had my refund zelled to me on the 7th.After posting this review, Tony got upset. We got into a text battle where I was told since I decided to become a "Keyboard Warrior" (his words) and because of my posting he reneged on his commitment to Zelle me my refund all together. This is my punishment (childish). Instead he going to make me wait by mailing my refund via check. Great Business right??? Again. look at the reviews. As you read this, please know, the ultimate defense against slander or deformation is the truth... I stand on the truth folks... be very aware of this outfit.**August 12th, 2023 Update. Today I have received the refund "in a check form" Not cashiers or money order. The check has been deposited. Hopefully it clears. I will repost in 10 days for an update. Stay posted.

do not spend one penny at this place. Terrible service and communication. please read all the reviews on Google, as well. no one is exaggerating. My experience was even more horrible than anyone else reported. Save your time and money and find another vendor. I don't know how they are even in business. Liars and criminals.

Never again! Promised six weeks, took three months and lied seven times in seven weeks that we were going to receive our furniture. This was after they received full payment when stating furniture was complete. Make sure your terms are "Final Pay upon Final Delivery". Also, they are no longer on Tuxford but close by and many of the 5 star reviews are written by the owners and employees.

Terrible service, total absence of communication. Lots of excuses work was fine but was told 1 week at pickup and took over 2 months and not the fabric I picked, ☹️

Great week already, had my Patio Furniture picked up 2 weeks ago to get refurbished, they delivered it back today. My wife is a very happy. Happy Wife Happy Life. Thank You Tony, and all of you at All Patio Furniture.
