Affordable auto was incredible. I haven’t always had good experiences with repair shops, but affordable auto couldn’t have been more trustworthy, kind, professional, and efficient.
I came into affordable auto to repair a bumper accident on my Cadillac cts Throughout the process, Jack called me every day to give me an update as he knew I needed my car back in a timely manner. When I received my car back, the paint was an identical match. I am very impressed with craftsmanship, their great customer service and their level of professionalism. They now have a loyal customer and I will certainly be recommending them.

The quality you will receive from this place is unbelievable great, they fixed my bumper and had the car ready in just 2 days! and communication was great jack helped me and kept me updated on everything that was going on and always was available to consult about any questions I had he kept everything transparent and really clear and made the process for me really easy. Garbage ! Dishonest ! Unprofessional! Money Hungry ! NEED I SAY MORE ? Changed 50% more then other shops. Not honest about the work that was done.

The mechanic "jack" lied to me and my wife about my vehicle that was scheduled to get fixed. He did unnecessary body work on our car that i didn't authorize and then wanted to hold our car hostage until we payed. Jack charged me double what other shops charge. He even told me to call other body shops and they will vouch for his prices. He was wrong because i called other shops and they charged literally half of what he was charging me for the same work. Jack didn't seem to like that so after hours of going back and forth over the incident, he then ended up calling the police on me and my wife for i guess trying to resolve the issue of him and his shop scamming. Jack also told me that my radiator was running well (which he offered to replace) and it wasn't! I took it to another shop and they said my radiator is not running well and needs replacing. My new mechanic showed me what was wrong on the car step by step and now our car is getting fixed by a reputable shop. Wouldn't recommend affordable auto body & pain inc and i wouldn't recommend Jack as your mechanic. You all have a Blessed life

I wasn't even go to write a review, just leave a one star, but they had to reply and lie. Shady and should get investigated by police.

I was in a bad accident recently and overwhelmed with the daunting tasks of getting everything situated. Affordable Auto Body and Paint truly simplified the process by taking the initiative to deal with the insurance company, make all necessary repairs to my car, and even helped me find a rental. The quality of work was exceptional and I was kept updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend using their services, as they are both professional and courteous.
