Horrible experience.I ordered Postmates and when my driver went, they harassed him and refused to hand him the order. They wouldn’t let him grab it and started talking about him. They gave the wrong items for the order and I’m extremely disappointed. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up at this location either. Extremely unprofessional and HORRIBLE.

Harry is very rude and disrespectful. The owner of this 711 needs to really check up on his employees. Harry was very rude and he started raising his voice at me in front of customers inside the store while behind the register. Im really offended and if i could i would sue.

Do not go here under any circumstances. Went in last night. The store was packed with far more than 10 people. No masks in site. The employees had their masks around their necks rather than on. It's not as if it's well ventilated in their either. Right now I'm so mad at myself I waited in line and didn't leave immediately.

Unhelpful and rude. Trying to get my dad back to his home in LA after being sheltered with us in No Cal for 3 weeks and he needs to get back to work. My son just needs a restroom and no where here would allow him to use their facilities. So disappointing. We arent out here for fun and it doesnt stop basic human needs from happening.
