Had what I thought was a transmission leak on my RV. Turned out to be a leaking level jack hydraulic hose. Mobile Ratchets N Wrenches diagnosed problem, removed and replaced hose with newly manufactured hose and bled system. Great service and saved time and waiting from taking to dealer. Thanks Vinnie.

To much good to say, after sweltering and stuck in a parking lot in 106 degree weather and no AC we finally found Danny, he understood our situation and stated with confidence our problems were coming to an end. He arrived precisely on time and was already under our 36' motorhome by the time I made it out to greet him and had our rig diagnosed within 15 or 20 min. after his arrival. In need of parts and having to move and not able to locate a tow truck large enough to move our RV he worked his craft and set us up with a temporary fix to get us to our destination which it did.
He was prompt with checking to make sure we made it and scheduling the repairs without breaking my bank.

Ratchets N Wrenches services were beyond amazing! I took my car to two other shops in town and neither could figure out what was wrong. From my initial inquiry to finish, Danny made sure their services were quick, professional, accommodating and accurate. Their personable mechanic, Vinny, made the experience that much more enjoyable. I definitely plan on sharing their name with others in need of mobile help and utilizing their services for future needs of my own!

I was trying to save some money being a single parent and decided to give a Mobil mechanic a opportunity. My car was having a strange issue after a repair I did myself and it needed to be diagnosed and repaired. I went with the recommended repair and unfortunately that didn't solve the issue $400 gone. So I was recommended to take the car to the owners house so it could be diagnosed with a smoke machine to find a possible vacuum leak. I was getting 13mpg and complete loss of horse power. When I arrived he said that it needs new spark plugs as soon as he popped the hood and he would get back to me with the price but he will test the car and figure it out if that was the issue.I get a call the next day at 9pm to pick up the car and it's fixed. The owner had put on new spark plugs without authorization or letting me know the price..well it was another $400. I'm thinking ok as long as it's fixed. As soon as I started the car I knew the issue was not fixed. I asked him if he diagnosed the car with the smoke machine he said "no, I didn't have time".
This part wasn't the mechanics fault but 3 blocks from his house I was almost in a head on collision from most likely a drunk driver and I hit a curb damaging my car badly at 10pm OMG can this situation get any worse? Again ..not his mechanics fault.
I spent my savings trying to fix this car and begged him to please diagnose this and expressed how this was my last money and I'm a single parent and desperately need my car to take my daughter to school and for me to go to work. Maybe that was a mistake on my part trying to plead with him and get him to understand my situation? I was just hoping he could relate with my situation and would take the time to diagnose my car properly. After all this was the last of my money at that time.
Fast forward till last week..It took me a few months to save up money to have my car looked at again by a "professional". I'm happy to say that the Ford dealer was able to do a smoke test and my cars air intake manifold had a huge crack in it on the bottom where the throttle body is mounted that could only be found with a smoke machine not spraying starting fluid on the top of the manifold as R+R mechanics did.
Ford Replaced the air intake manifold and all my power is back and getting 22mpg!! I couldn't be happier. My powerful GT mustang is back! After driving with 1/2 power and 13mpg for a few months till I could have Ford look at my car. I wanted to get my car fixed and property diagnosed before I left a review so here we are
The mechanics that were sent over were very nice and good people but are beholden to the owner and what he tells them to do. So I don't fault the mechanics. I truly feel taken advantage of by this company because the owner was unwilling to simply diagnose the car beyond hooking up a scanner, doing a unauthorized repair without letting me know the cost and taking advantage of my bad situation and desperation. I do think this company is good for simple repairs and it has its place. But for people like myself that have a semi complicated issue I suggest going to the professionals.
Sorry man I like you as a person but I'm leaving this review so you don't do this to someone else. I hope you can put yourself in a customers shoes and your work or lack there of, has consequences. I'm sure he will reply telling everyone I'm a POS or whatever he wants to put it on me that I'm a scum bag liar. I have nothing to gain by posting this review.
I'm glad all the other customer reviews are good, wish I was one of em.

I was in quite the crunch with a broken down car and Danny was super attentive and made time for me the next morning. He was welcoming and knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. Highly recommended!!

Had a situation with my starter he is really reliable and fair pricing. Good at communicating with me and making sure I could have a good proper fix. My car is up and running because of him and his team. I recommend Ratchets N Wrenches to whoever is struggling to get there car to the mechanic shop or doesn't want to pay the fee to tow a car to the shop. They come to you and fix it for a good price.

Ratchets and wrenches is by far one of the finest mechanic shops I have worked with.Their service, work, and ethics are unmatched. I have recommended them to anyone who needs car work, and will continue to do so in the future . Ive gone to the cheap mechanic before and either had problems with what they were supposed to fix or they had my car awfully long.
You pay for what you get. Although ratchets and wrenches aren't cheap they are absolutely worth it. With ratchets and wrenches you get a team of dedicated professionals who will bend over backwards to help you out, who will take the time to happily explain everything that needs to be done, and will stand by their work and took only a couple days to ro complete the job from diagnosing the issue to ordering the part and installing it, danny the owner had to work with a couple of other companies including honda and managed to get my car fixed lightening fast. He personally delivered my keys. Afterwards i called him regarding an issue i thought I had he was willing to send his technician over on memorial day to check it out. In my opinion, well worth the price. I will be a customer for life.
