"I've had consistently negative experiences at this charity organization's thrift store. The staff has treated me poorly on multiple occasions, making me feel like a criminal for simply leaving my backpack inside. This behavior is unacceptable, especially from a religious organization. I will never return to this store or support their affiliated church due to their judgmental and disrespectful attitude towards customers."

10/10 would recommend!! The staff is so friendly! The cashier even let me know about all sales so I could go back and get more things! It is wonderfully priced. Another BIG plus is there is a dressing room. Where places like savers and goodwill have done away with dressing room they still have one. Love this place will be back! All my items were in great condition and were thrift-priced. ?

Came in the shop, said hello. Just received a stare back from the manager and the new worker. They had no issues greetings other customers and informing them of their deals. Following me around the store with no communication is a little weird. Stuffing your face with food while one worker handles a very long line just reaks laziness from a manager. Just go to the back and eat.

I have always loved coming to this thrift store. You just never know what you’re going to find! Some cute things, some interesting things, some cool things, etc. The girls at the front (by the cash register) are always so friendly & welcoming as well. This thrift store is close by home with a good selection of items at great prices! I will always recommend Menifee Valley Community Cupboard!

I am OBSESSED with this location! The boutique team has curated this gem of a shopping experience. The store is always clean with fresh displays and the customer service is unmatched in our area! Toni, Ximenia and Dawn are a magical team and I am so grateful to be able to frequently shop with them. young girl at the counter was completely rude. I normally come in here about once a week to browse or shop. Most of the sales ladies are so nice.This girl had the nerve to roll her eyes at me for asking questions about an item that had no price.I will not be returning any time soon.I realize most of the workers are Volunteers , But if she can’t control her self to have just basic manners and customer service. She should not be working register/ on the floor handling customers.

The women at the front were funny and very friendly! Great selection of clothes, looking around was so much fun as well! Loving the music and the vibe of the place.
Great and fair prices for the clothing they offer. Would recommend!
