“Have always had 5 star service for our dry cleaning. My wife has had a few alterations without any complaints. However, if you are going close to closing time on a tight schedule, don't believe the hours posted on Yelp. Came in 20 minutes before "closing" to pick up an order..... Already closed with a paper sign with different hours taped to door. Update your Yelp page!! Watched two other customers walk up while writing this review with the same problem. So, obviously the 5 stars is for the service we've had and not their IT issues....”
“My daughter needed three pairs of pants hemmed before returning back to school, but I'd forgotten about them. All the other places I called said they'd need a week to do the work which is understandable. Prompt Cleaners told me they'd take at least two days to hem all three, but had them done in just one. The quality of their work was very good as well as the pricing.”

“I waited til the last minute to get a patch sewn onto a uniform. I was skeptical of this place because of the other reviews. My first choice was down the street, but the lady said they wouldn't have it done in time. I needed it by the next afternoon. I know, bad me!I walked into Menifee Cleaners, and I was tended to right away. The older woman said she had to charge me a rush fee since I needed it next day. She also told me to come in sooner next time (which I will, lol). Idk how much the "rush fee" is, but I walked out paying $10. Cool.I was glad to walk in the next afternoon to see that the service I requested was done with perfection. I anticipate inflation in the next 2 months, but hopefully, nothing too crazy. Thank you, Menifee Cleaners, for a job well done! I promise not to procrastinate next time, lol.”
