Unfortunately this place is unattended, multiple machines out of service, I just went to do three loads end up doing only two one of the big washers stop taking quarters and the digital reading went out, lost about $5.00 I called the service number lucky they answered, promise to refund and call me when available, 4 days went by send them a text message, no answer 7 days later I went back to the laundry looks like somebody else lost money on the same machine this time somebody put a pc of tape, at least to let people the machine is broken, three weeks later still no REFUND JET, definitely I will not recommend this poorly maintenance laundry 5/11/24

Not clean, 50% of machines not working, take your quarters and still not working. Door off the machine. Poor customer service.

Both washers I used had no hot water. I told Both man and women they avoided checking them while I was using them no refund nothing others had also complained about driers as well 1st and only time I will use this facility. What a shame taking advantage of your customers.

Just left this place. I will start with this statement. The lady inside said she worked there and had been for years and watched all of this go down without a single warning. She just sat on her phone and waited till the money was in the machines.
I've never had a worse time doing laundry. Tried to use 8 different washer, 6 were broken without a warning label, one was full of unused soap and bleach but the last one worked. The dryers: didn't get hot, doors wouldn't stay closed, full of burnt plastic on the back exhaust housing, metals plastic in the lint traps, full line traps and finally, to be expected, 80%of the machines ate my quarters. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAUNDROMAT.

I've been coming here for seven-plus years. The equipment is dated; some of it is in disrepair at any given time. But, adapt and overcome, as the cleanliness has improved a great deal. Today is April 18, 2024. I'm never coming back. I've met Miss. Alma. She's fabulous. I can live with minor issues. Today, and a few times prior, people wash their pet blankets to wash in the XLG washers. Ewww. Today, I used the smaller washers. As I'm folding clothes, a gentleman comes in and empties five garbage bags filled with WET blankets. I didn't care till I was overpowered with breathing in the smell of serious ammonia. . Though I said nothing, he apologized and said it was from his dogs. No, it wasn't. I'm a retired RN and Firefighter / paramedic - trained is the operative word. The ammonia smell was from a drug lab - there's nothing else that smells quite like it, not even straight ammonia. He stuffed all available XLG washers with....that. I beat feet and had to wait for my ride outside - thankfully. I propped the door open for ventilation inside. Another man walks in with loads of pet blankets and beds to wash, moments later. Then, I got to thinking...Use the laundromat across the way next to Stater's though it's operated by the same outfit. AND, maybe they should turn that laundromat into a pet and industrial laundromat to avoid any legal impositions. Above all, YUCK.

Found out that Both Change machines were out of order . After I filled 2 washing machines and put the last of my soap in . Had to go to bank to get change to find out one washer jammed up and I lost one dollar and no more soap to use another machine luckily a guy gave me soap . When wash was done we found out the dryers didn't work and had to double up on dryer.

This place could have so much business if they just kept up with the maintenance. Several machines are not working especially the dryers. You are left playing Russian roulette with your quarters. Honestly if there was any laundromat close by I would stop coming here.

Visited this cleaners yesterday, and received some help from the assistant Alma. I was able to wash all my blankets, and dry them without issue. Thank you Alma for all of your help!
