“My friend and I were working on a 2017 Civic Si trying to install an aftermarket skid plate. When we took off the oem clips and hardware, it wasn't going back together properly with the new skid plate. These guys hooked us up with clips and screws that did the job and they were also incredibly fun to talk to. Will definitely be back. 10/10”

“Well worth the 20 minute drive from where I was at. I recently purchased some replacement transponder keys for one of my cars. I can't find anybody to cut the keys for me unless they sell me the key. I don't need them to program them because I have my own car key programmer. So I called to the store and talked to this great lady name Stormy and I asked her if they would do it and she said I'm sure we could come on in. Just a note to those who are using Google maps on their GPS to get to the store it leads you to the back of the store. That is where I parked and I asked a gentleman because that's where the gardening section is can I go through these doors and he said well you'll have to go out back to the front but I'll let you in through here. As soon as I walked in the store I started meandering down in aisle and I asked the first gentleman I met where I get keys cut. He said I could do it and I gave him the two blanks and asked him to remove my original off my keychain because my hands have a difficult time doing it. He was super friendly very professional and I told him I'm going to look for some other things while you're cutting the keys. WAs I was looking for some bolts and nuts he passed by me he said I'm going to just go ahead and take these in the back and polish them up for you. So I met him back at the key counter and I asked him where some goof Off wasn't some other things he pointed it out and then I returned. He said there's no charge for cutting the keys since you're buying other things.. Now I hope this doesn't get him in trouble but dang I'm going to tell everybody I know what an amazing group of employees they have there. So I headed to the checkout center and I finally got to meet Stormy the lady had spoken to on the phone. Wow I was fumbling around trying to unlock my debit card on my phone and she was so patient and kind. I will now be returning there for whatever I need for those kinds of items even though we have stores like it closer to where I live it was such a pleasant experience and had somebody available within seconds of anything I needed. KUDOS!!!”

Everyone is so friendly there the second you walk into the building everyone is greeting you such a great environment Within five minutes they had a brand new hose made up for me. “They had some lovely toilets especially the bidets that are seat warmers. I was inclined to get it my sister was not, there was a gentleman that was a Marine corps veteran that was lively and we talked to him frequently as we saw him frequently throughout the store. Then when we got out to the street the gentleman got out of his car because he was in front of us and he was waving and laughing and made us laugh so much cuz he said fancy seeing you here or something like that. So he gets back in his car and I start looking at the back of his car and realized he's a US Marine veteran and I told him that I was a hospital corpsman in the Navy and he said a corpsman saved his life in Vietnam. I love it when a plan comes together. ? ??? ?”

“Dave in the paint department provided the BEST customer service. In this time where I've noticed it difficult to find an employee that is enthusiastic about their job and there is such a lack of help at many stores that cater to customers, Dave was a breath of fresh air. Instead of pointing me in the right direction to find the wood stains, he asked me about my project and discussed my options on what colors and types of stains to use. He took his time to explain the different types of wood there are and how they all take to stain differently. He was an expert on the topic and I felt confident that he could help. I've been trying for months to find a stain that would match our cabinets. He looked at my sample and was able to match it instantly. He was spot on when several others could not help. Thank you so much Dave for going above and beyond to help. We are thrilled with the outcome. I wish there were more people like Dave (friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and enthusiastic).”
