Wow! Really shocked at how rude the lady (long dark hair) behind the counter was. VERY condescending. She made me feel like I was an idiot (and made me feel very “small”) just by asking very simple questions regarding shipping a package. I’ve seen a few other customers “kiss her behind” (it was obvious they were locals and wanting to use the USPS services). I will avoid this post office in the future.

RUDE personnels. UNFRIENDLY hours (only open during work hours 11am-4pm). BEWARE: You will be forced to get a free P.O. Box when you live in Summerland, but they will return your package to the sender if you don't put your P.O. Box address (good luck with some vendors delivering to P.O. Boxes- some don't). They will receive your package and resend immediately when they don't see your P.O. Box # there! Very INCONSIDERATE!!! Won't even take the time to look up the receiver's name to see if they have a box there! LAZINESSSSSSSS!!! So pretty much, that free P.O. Box they give you is only a STRESS inducer! Just have your packages delivered to a friend's house...better chance of actually receiving it!

The woman who works here every time that I come is EXTREMELY RUDE and talks to me as if I am stupid. I recently moved to Summerland so I've asked normal questions like if I could print shipping labels here or if there was a drop off slot for after hours. She scoffed at me and acted as if I was inconveniencing her having to explain she couldn't do either. For printing she basically laughed and said where would I print? NO HELP AT ALL. Will literally avoid this place accept to get my mail at this point.

The woman who works here is extremely rude and unhelpful. She talks to customers in a patronizing way and cannot be bothered to do her job. Plus their hours are very inconvenient for anyone who works.

Short hours. No mail delivery. If you get “too much” mail you have to pay for a box.

Its the post office. Very little to say. This one is a tiny operation with limited hours. THE WORKERS ARE VERY NICE HERE. The queue can get a little long sometimes, but usually I've never had to wait long and they can take care of most normal USPS errands.

The people that work here are unorganized, not good at there jobs, and are sometimes even rude. They are open during the most inconvenient hours (in the middle of the day while people are at work or school). Oh and they don't even deliver to your house/ mailbox, you have to get a P.O. Box.

WARNING - if you're moving to summerland the United States post office will not deliver to your address. You must set up a PO Box to receive mail (advertised as free for Summerland residents). However, you cannot register for a free PO Box online (in person only), they will not process paperwork after 3:45pm, and required a copy of my lease (previously was told any bill with my name and address would suffice). VERY difficult for working professionals and have received conflicting information from employees. Very poor customer experience.
