“I have a very strange and random question. We parked in front of your beautiful shop today somewhere around 1 pm, and there is a chance we lost our kid’s favourite toy somewhere around there. If you happened to see it, could you please let me know? It’s a grey/pink giraffe (doesn’t look like a giraffe at all), and it’s well loved. I have a picture of her sister giraffe for reference. Thank you very much in any case! I will remove the comment if I don’t hear from you, so your reviews stay focused on your shop ?”
“Joe is awesome and his customer service shows great care for his craft and customers. Thank you to everyone at Bella Rosa for making magic happen with a custom repair ? Their selection is also fantastic!”

706 State St, Santa Barbara“We drove up to Santa Barbara for a day trip and came across this shop. They have a phenomenal selection with reasonable prices. Eva was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We walked out with this beautiful mirror in excellent condition. We will definitely stop into the shop again next time we make it out there!”
“I had a great experience here getting my years-long rejected bike a a great tuneup at an exceptional price, and it was ready days earlier than I expected. Both staff members I talked to were so helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I will be taking my bike back here next time it needs more work!”
“One of my favorite stores... What are your perusing for inspiration or looking for a gift - you are sure to find some wonderful things for people of all ages. Pops of color, and the art and home decor. Many of their linens are organic, which is absolutely fabulous if you care about the Earth, the bees, and the working conditions of those behind the scenes Folly is one of many wonderful boutiques in the neighborhood. The owner is friendly with their neighbors and I love how they have worked so that they all have some beautiful things but that are different at each store.Easy parking. It's very sweet collection of shops, including a lovely patisserie and coffee shop called Renaulds I love the adorable little animals that they also have made by a local woman who is about 70 and utilizes up cycled fabrics that other customers bring in. I picked up a sweet little cat, talked into a little bag to give to my daughter, so she always has a cat with her even when she is far from home. Thank you Folly and team”
“A great variey of fun things for sale. The gals who own it are fun and friendly! I left a message about a little item I hoped was still available, and when I checked back the next day, they had held it for me!”
“This is my favorite consignment store! I always find something great every time I stop in- they have brands like Free People, Reformation, Chanel, Jenni Kayne, just to name a few! I’ve also consigned some items with them and all of my items sold really quickly. Super helpful+ friendly staff too”

11 Anacapa St, Santa Barbara“Today is National Women's Day and I got a nudge. A nudge to review a local business owned by a woman who I personally admire. I immediately thought of my friend Jill and her amazing business Loveworn. In my head I thought that since I had reviewed it in the past I would update my previous review..... I looked and What??? I hadn't reviewed it before! I was dumbfounded, perplexed, puzzled and confused. How could it possibly be that I missed that!! So here goes. I have known Jill for decades, I hate saying that because she is a rare ageless woman that most people could not possibly fathom that her career success would possibly be what it is. Let me put it this way, Katie Perry, a few years ago was doing a concert in SB and reflecting on her High School years and an amazing store on State Street that when you purchased an outfit it would raise your self image to the point of life changing. Katie couldn't remember the name of the store but hundreds in the audience could. Jill's first successful Santa Barbara business! It was called True Grit .Jill has always been a fan of denim, a fan of vintage. Kind a fashion "savant". SB lost Jill for a few years but SB is somewhat magnetic and it drew her back in. Early in the days of the Funk Zone she took a risk. Opens a fashionable clothing store which was in a "funky" little location far from State Street. Her first year I had the privilege of renting the back 1/3 of the store as my tiny little motorcycle museum. Cool clothing and vintage motorcycles pair quite well. While Jill is high in fashion I am not. I honestly didn't "get it" now I do. Jill has SO much talent. She creates her own clothing, she customizes vintage clothing. From T-shirts to cashmere sweaters her custom touches take normal to an elevated level of Cool. What Katie saw in Jill's clothes rings true today but on a level ten times higher. While 3/4 of world might be happy buying whatever is fashionable from the newest store in the mall, many people want something a whole lot more special, a sweater, a jacket or a dress that matches their personality. A unique piece of clothing art that will never be seen on another person. Loveworn is very much a woman's clothing store but they do have items for men. My favorite motorcycle jacket, my favorite piece of clothing in this world is something Jill found and put in her store, like it was just for me”

“Meh. Not much there that would suit me personally. It all seemed a bit old lady-ish and high priced. My review is just about my taste. The store clerk was friendly and helpful so that's a big plus.”
“Such a hidden gem! They have everything from unique rocking chairs, wicker furniture, surfboards, art, and antique bits and bobs. Walk around here for an hour or two and see what you find. Wayne is super helpful and offers fair bargains for items. One of my absolutely favorite spots in town!”

“Hello,
I love my State St. Crossroads here in beautiful Santa Barbara CA. The staff are professional and courageous. Little advice I would give to the store. When trading I have found each staff member has different acceptance on clothes. What may denied one day , will be acceptable the next day. I have tried this and question the service. This is just my opinion.
Thanks!”
“My husband and I made this our last stop before we left Summerland after a wonderful vacation. It did not disappoint. My husband and I are major antique/vintage collectors so we've been to many antique stores over the years and collected many treasures, and we were impressed with how diversified the selection was at this store as well as how well maintained and organized the store was.Visitors to this store should know that the pieces they sell are seemingly museum quality antiques and vintage items from a variety of origins and time periods so there is a large variance in price, but that should not stop shoppers from checking it out. Check out the little glass cases especially...that is where we found our art piece! There are some items on the the very high price scale (way out of our price range), but then there are also smaller pieces on the lower end of the scale of price in great condition, which worked out for us because we found an incredible art piece within out price range. For reference, we only paid $166 for our roughly 10" x12" art piece on wood.We at first found two small original oil Parisian paintings that were priced at $150 each, which we thought were reasonably priced (we strongly considered purchasing those for a minute) until we found a beautiful religious painting on wood. The piece was entitled "Lady of the String" in the description. We later found out after much online digging that it was actually more than likely a Giclee reproduction of a version of the painting "Mary the Undoer of Knots" of Milan origin, produced by the Fratelli Bonella production company (they produce sacred images). As an added nicety, we were given a 20 percent discount on the piece as well. We were very happy with the service we received and will cherish our new artwork always. If you're in Summerland, happy antique/vintage hunting!”
