SB locals came to shop with my wife (her birthday) and two young children. Absolutely zero customer service, greeting, hello or sales assistance. Love to support local biz. We came to shop and left not wanting to give business to people with no communication skills or manners. 2 incompetent employees in a small boutique-My wife actually tried on some clothes but was never even spoken to or helped to the dressing room. I was looking through the jewelry case but not given a hello. My son wanted one of the children's books but we left happily spending no money. Average merchandise/terrible service.

Love Hacienda by Bonita Lifestyle...especially William Doolittle! I went in with a pic and made an appointment to come back later in the week. William had my design already drawn up for me! I've been to this store twice with two separate friends and each time both commented on how unwelcoming the staff are. Hardly a hello, too busy to look up from their phones or be bothered. My friend mentioned she believes they/she is the owners daughter so that could be why she feels like she doesn't have to "work". Rather shop where workers are friendly and support people who give a s***
