Employees are pleasant, polite and professional. My wish would be that all customer service reps work with customers as well as the UPS Store did. They are true UPS Professionals.

I would have put 5 stars.. The older Hispanic woman was wonderful. Hard working. The young girl with short dark hair doesn't appear to want to work.
