Seems to be nice enough, people so far is friendly. I like their classes even being so unorganized, lol and I mean people n them usually do their own thing instead of following directions. Just find your corner . The pool is always cold too, Older people need more heat. And I will say the showers are not great, no pressure, just drizzles. Not all showers are functional, I think it can really use updating, and shower curtains, don't fit and old. The gym is ok. Not real big but I like it. They have lots of activities for the youth, so that's nice . People at the desk and activity Directors are great. All n All , I'd recommend it .

Wanted to get the kids out of the house on the weekend and swimming sounded fun so we got a day pass. They had a blast! The facility was very clean, had family changing rooms, and the staff was super nice and helpful. We will be going back!

Attended a birthday party for some 10 year olds and the staff was very accommodating. Wonderful indoor pool for elementary kids, plenty of space in the party rooms, and activities for all. We swam, we played basketball, we played dodgeball. All of this was done on a rainy day in January! Great idea for a party and we will want to do this for our kiddos too! Happy birthday JW!! Shout out to Marivic, she was a great hostess and ensured our time in her facility was nothing short of an exceptional experience.

What a great place to host my son's birthday party! We had the best time! Got the Diamond package and the kids enjoyed swimming and half the gym for an hour each! The cost was similar to that of some of the other party venues nearby like Scandia and the jump house. The room was spacious and allowed for the kids and adults to sit comfortably. Our hostess, Marivic was so professional, knowledgeable and coordinated the party so we could enjoy the 3 full hours we had! I highly recommend having your event here! Will be booking again for next year! Thank you Marivic for making my son's birthday memorable and enjoyable!!!

There's fecal matter on the walls in the bathrooms left untouched for days. Sad to see what new management will do to a facility letting it go down hill so fast.

My first time at the facility, really nice place. The place looked clean and well taken care of. Took my daughter in for beginner preschool swim lessons for the very first time. We joined mid-session and was able to sign up for 3 of the 5 lessons. She enjoyed the pool but the lesson didn't really happen since the kids in that lesson were a little more advanced. The male instructor recommended to switch her to a parent to tot lesson instead. He tried to work with my daughter but she was too shy. I spoke to the front desk and found out we were in the wrong class. There were 2 classes going on at the same time and we should have been in the other one. Rookie mistake I guess. Would have been nice if the instructors announced the class and did roll call or something. The instructor and front staffs we spoke to were nice though.

This is a great gym+++. Indoor pools, basketball, rock wall, exercise equipment and tons of classes plus childcare at a great price. Very friendly staff and all the people that go there are kind and friendly. If you have SilverSneekers, it may be free to you. 5 days a week aqua aerobics at various times. They also have church services.

I attended a Fairfield Suisun Rotary Lunch at this location. Was impressed at how big and nice this space is. Love that they support the community and they were the Fairfield-Suisun Chambers Business of the year in 2019. I think it's a great space. They have a rock climbing wall which I think is so cool!

Aggressive/condescending staff. Ladies do not wear sports bras because you will leave feeling shamed and criticized by the staff. Extremely outdated kinda place

I hate the kroc center abussive racist rude people. They dont care about the people or dissable people. Very unprofessional, they just care about the money. I hate their management they lie to people. Front desk totally racist unprofessional and rude will never be coming back here i rather spend my money somewhere else. I will give a zero stars. This place can go to hell. Because everyone in this place are evil.

They say it's safe haven and a church community facility we came here party of 8 to pay the the day pass entrance fee. We had all Our ID's but one one of my friends elderly senior mom only has a picture of it since they forgot it at a different purse left at home. The Caucasian young man at the front desk today was very rude and didn't accept my friends moms Picture ID and didn't allow her to at least stay in the lobby to wait for us to swim for a bit at the pool. He said she can't even sit at the lobby and wait. How is this a Salvation Army church and run a establishment like this? No heart! My friends mother is a elderly woman. They expect her to sit outside during this heat at the bench while waiting for us? We all left and felt really upset how they treat there customers. Never again! Would never recommend this place to anyone wit the lack of treatment they have for people. On top of that, he made us feel like we were immigrants asking for a Visa or a passport to show. We told him we ALL have California ID's and my friends mom has a picture of hers on her phone. My friends came a long way from San Pablo and Vallejo to come to this place to cool off from the heat and spend time. What a way to ruin our moment with each other by trying to split one of my friends mom and have her be outside. You people are heartless. I've read a review how a kid didn't have $7 dollars and they didn't even allow that kid to stay in the lobby to wait for his ride. If something happens to these people outside your establishment either hurt or robbed I hope you all learn a lesson from a lawsuit.

These people aren't for the community if they refused 1 elderly person of a group of 8 that forgot her id, even for her just to wait for the group to cool in the pool he said she had to wait outside in a over 100 degree weather even if she had a picture of her id, full of crap! for they community my butt! community for their benefit what kind of America is this!?! Was we born on this land to be neglected? Our family's last appearance here god bless AMERICA!
