My first visit was quite a disaster due to an unfriendly pharmacist who seemed uncooperative. Even with assistance from the cashier, the pharmacist was unwilling to help. Thankfully, the situation was resolved by the manager the next day, and I left with a much better experience.

I was greeted by the associate from behind the desk the moment I stepped into our Rote Aid store in Suisun, CA, asked a question and received an immediate referral to another associate who took me straight to the hard-to-get lint brush.
