The gentleman I spoke with in the shop was very nice. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the fact that their services are quite limited. I brought a package in for a return and they could take it, but they can't scan it or provide receipt of drop-off, which made me uncomfortable. If anything happened to the package before UPS / FedEx picked it up - or if there was any sort of glitch with UPS/FE scanning it en route - I would have no proof of having dropped off my return. A scanning kiosk, like the UPS shop across the street has, would make a world of difference here. I do appreciate that the gentleman directed me to the nearest shop that could take my package, but stopping here still felt like a waste of my time.

I love this place ! Can’t beat the prices ! My packages always make it safe & in a timely manner. Customer service is top tier . I don’t even think about going to the post office anymore

I was able to use the computer, print some documents and mail out - one stop shop. I was offered several options for mailing (cost effective). Customer service was excellent.

Rude service, employee at store has using outdated strict covid restrictions requiring a mask. like I was still living in 2019. Also they are are charging 25 bucks for a book of stamps never been in any store in my life that stamps where not sold at face value. Went to Raleys next door and got them for $12.50... This place is scaming people and dont treat their customers right.

Not very helpful. Worker was very short and just wanted me to set my box out in his store with no receipt and wouldn't even take it behind the counter

Went to drop off a prepaid fed ex and the guy yelled from behind the counter to get out of the store unless I wear a mask. Hello it's 2023. Masks have not been mandatory for awhile now. It was unbelievable, he should be worried more about his paranoia and how that is affecting his health. Needless to say I left and will not be going back.

I went to postal express to take a passport photo everything was fine when I took the photo that was taken to the post office with my passport application they informed me that the photo wasn't the right dimensions so I had to retake the photo at the post office so I went back to postal express to get refunded for the photo that they took incorrectly and he refused to refund me

This guy really helped me out in a time of need. I went down there to fax a job application that had a deadline, and forgot my money. He let me pay him after I went back home and got the money. If he would not have done that for me I would have looked bad at this job before I even had a chance to get it.

The owner, Jemal was extremely professional and efficient. I needed to send some packages and I ended up also purchasing a mail box to receive my packages. Definitely recommend.
