Today
Friday my sister and my brother went to the store and they waited outside before they closed.
And a guy was in the computer and looked at them and didn't open the door before it closes at 7:00 p.m.
That was messed up.
10 minutes.
Happen 4/12/2024.
They should not do that.
If they had 10-15 minutes more before they closed.

Thank you Mohammed and Fili! You guys are awesome! Very helpful with their service! I was the last customer of the day and they were still happy to help me out! Most people are not like that at the end of their shift! They answered all my questions and took care of me. Thank you guys you deserve a raise!

Got a new phone today and I highly recommend this store because the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! They got a manager to drive my new phone to us! Philly was amazing and I'll definitely go there again.

The rep was friendly but he constantly tries to upcharge you and make a deal. Overpriced. A basic cheap wall charger was 35 bucks for a 10 dollar charger. Was trying to charge 30 for the cord only. Upcharged 5 for the wall port. Friendly service but definitely gives off swindler saled vibes. Not ok. Won't be coming back

Clean. No hard sell tactics. Knowledgeable about their products. Friendly. For me, phones are a bit pricey for just the basics.

I went into the store 10/11/22 3pm because the rep on the phone wasn't able to assist me. That wasn't the issue. The young lady working (if you can call it that) at the store, was so unprofessional. Her tone was rude as if I was bothering her. Heavy sighing and answers like "I don't know what to tell you" and "go to the other location in Vacaville" not to mention when I asked a question her response was "What?" I forgot to get her name but called back and she was just as dry and rude over the phone. Sorry Metro but Christina (if that was her real name) needs a performance review and adequate training or maybe customer service isn't her area of expertise and she should find a new job and attitude.

Yeah, don't even bother going here. The employees are aloof and are not knowledgeable regarding their upgrades and plans. The entire time I was there I was under the impression that they were just waiting for me to leave so that they can go back to doing whatever. Apparently, the person who knows the answer is the supervisor, whose day off it is. Unfortunately, I don't expect this location to be around much longer.

This business in Suisun owned by a family don't give a s*** of their customers because I was there to have questions why my phone was suspended. So I came in my why is suspended I said to him nice and calm good situation from beginning call customers service line it don't work for he said I don't how call 611 I could not get through I want the store. So I said Are You Seriously or it jokes he told "pay or leaves he said not helping you anymore I don't dont know you still in store leaves. So I ask for Manger he was the manager the a** rude to me so I ask for the owner number would not give me. So he so very rude call him a a******* idiot ,there some f bomb in . He said in his words I was rude first went he make someone wait before me. So I take a Uber to other metro in w Texas street in Fairfield cross jack inbox in Fairfield they helped me more the so called a** manger who didn't want to be there so I said "they are you here if you don't want to be " and he i said this don't need shiti get all the times so I said over over "why are here". So I recommend to go to W Texas Street or the last in corporate in Elmira Rd Vacaville help me better then Suisun a** manger. I guess the owner don't care about their customers and business you sell your business to someone who care about their customers and their business. The owner find who care the girls was there before this a** a manger. No wonder you don't have customers noon or later to get customers. I give of so many minus f and so many minus stars. SO RUDE AND SO DISRESPECT to customers

The person who helped me was great! I got a Samsung tablet on a good deal! She was so knowledgeable, smart and very helpful and nice. You guys should come here for great delas!Although I want to point out Karen Roa's comment. I was there on August 20th at around 4:30 and she took a couple of minutes to finish the transaction and was setting up my tablet. I believe Karen Roa was the one who parked in front of the store, on the red zone and her mom came in and just stood there. Another man came in to pickup a screen protector and the guy attended to him. The mom went out and came back with her daughter screaming at the workers "why she's taking so long to take the payment." She was so rude and disrespectful to the workersThe worker asked me if she can take the bill while attending to me. I told her no problem. She did the transaction, gave her a receipt and then they started disrespecting her. That is not okay and I stood up for her She did not tell them that spanish speakers are not welcome. She was explaining that the other worker doesn't speak spanish and can't attend to her. WHich is understandable because of the language barrier. Karen Roa, you should be ashamed of lying on the internet.

So today August FRIDAY the 20 at exactly 4:40 .. I toke my mother to pay her bill we went the first time and she waited for 30 mins they didn’t atender her so we left and came back and everyone was going in front of her so we was like are you gonna atend my mom or why you ignoring her she was only going to pay the bill that’s when this lady told us in Spanish WE DONT WANT TO ATTEND HER BECAUSE WE DONT ATTEND SPANISH PEOPLE .. and she toke the payment in a rude way then scream at us get out of my store no Spanish people in here and we ask for our recipe and scream no recipe for us so we had to leave the store without recipe so unprofessional.. and Rude place shouldn’t be treating people how she did if I could give no stars I would

I went to postal express to take a passport photo everything was fine when I took the photo that was taken to the post office with my passport application they informed me that the photo wasn't the right dimensions so I had to retake the photo at the post office so I went back to postal express to get refunded for the photo that they took incorrectly and he refused to refund me
