Very shady business that feels tax evasive and scammy in nature due to it being cash only at a very suspect location in the middle of nowhere. First day charge is 450 which increases by 200 each night. Beyond the exorbitant fees to get your car back, the staff is extremely rude, unempathetic, and slow to take your car out out the lot. These people have no heart. I pray no one gets their car towed at all, but especially by this terrible company. They do not care about you or your car at all, only money.

Worst tow truck company around. DO NOT USE THEM!!! If you get towed by them, DEMAND a receipt, they are an unscrupulous business, shady as hell!!! Their sole existence is to try and make it difficult so they can charge you extra. They demand cash, won’t take a card because supposedly “people challenge the charges” demanding cash allows them to totally gouge you, then they don’t provide receipts, which you know they don’t pay taxes. I hope they get audited, I’m complaining to the IRS

Just there to heap misery on people. They demand cash under the guise of people challenging in their charges, so if you get towed on a weekend and you can’t access the correct amount of cash, they can charge you an additional day. I assume they demand cash (nobody demands cash these days) so they don’t have to declare on their taxes. That’s why they make it difficult to get a receipt. I pray you don’t get towed by these jerks, I don’t know how they sleep at night

This business is the worst of all kind.!! Super shady!!So many cars got towed over the weekend and they charged $450 fine. Plus $200 extra for everyday the car is not picked up. Worst of all they don't give a receipt on a $650 pick up for 2 days that I know someone who went to pick up there car. Poor person didn't have a ride to get to this towing place and tried so hard to get there on that day, but it took 2 days to get to the car. The person asked for a break, but NO!! Was charged $650!!!!! And the owner didn't give the person a receipt and waited for one. The worst part of all is that THEY ASK FOR CASH PAYMENT ONLY!!!!!! ONLY CASH IS ACCEPTED TO PICK UP THE CAR!!!!! WTH!!!! Who does business like that??? Zero ratings!!!

The owner Justin D. is extremely avaricious and does not care about anything beyond profiting off you. Furthermore, his rates are exorbitant, and he is not willing to work with customers that cannot afford them. He told me one price but raised it the next day by $200. When informing him that I could only afford the original towing price, his response to me was "Sorry, go back to your bank and pull out more money otherwise you won't get your car back." He does not accept credit or debit cards and demands cash only. He also failed to provide me with a receipt after I paid for the transaction. People like Justin D. are the worst people to deal with because they are only concerned about money and do not have even the slightest understanding of empathy and emotional intelligence. I would recommend using another business for your towing needs. Do not expect fairness or reasonableness from J&T. They are money-grubbers.

I spoke to someone name Justin . He had very bad unprofessional Customer Service. He told me that he had a Mercedes truck available and that the vehicle did not have a key so u would have to purchase a key. I ended up making arrangements to get a key made the same day that I was supposed to buy the vehicle just for him to tell me that someone else was going to buy the car . Like what was the point in even telling me that it was available if someone else was going to buy it.. very bad unprofessional customer service. He’s also rude on how he talks to people . I do NOT recommend this towing company to no one .. to save the disappointment, spend your money else where . Thank me later.

Despite everyone hates getting their car towed, during the holidays while visiting an ill friend in need... They were kind and understanding, without acknowledging our situation, they cut us some slack! I am grateful ? Thank you.

SCAMMY! Initially charged $450,cash only with a initial meeting of 12 pm. I received a message about the meeting at 12:09pm, past the point that they initial wanted to meet. I called 5 of 6 times after to see when I could meet since 12pm didn't work. They said 4:45pm even though they are listed as 24hrs. They tried upcharging to $550 30 minutes prior to 4:45pm. Rude service and unorganization over the phone with faulty meeting times gives this company a 1 star. Keep reciepts people! They are scammy and charged unrealistic rates.

This is the worst towing service I’d ever had to deal with. Justin, not sure if he’s the owner or not was so disrespectful on the phone. I had a few questions to ask as to why their hours on the website/google did not match what they were telling me on the phone. Regardless of how professional I was being with Justin, he continually got more rude with me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend using their services as they are only money hungry as compared to actually being helpful.

Horrible service. Doesn't answer. Hours don't match their actual schedule. Not communicative at all. I called over 20 times and no answer. Worst company ever. Owner rude told me "he could have me waiting all day if he wanted"

The service is very unprofessional and there is no alternative when a tow truck is called without fair notice. Being given to people who are struggling in the hard economy. To have a chance to remove their car furthermore while obtaining your car truck or other property you could be subjected like I was, having your car damaged for example when the tow truck removed my car it just bounced without him removing the car to ensure that it wasn't damaged. This was arbitrary because I was never compensated for the damages. I have put them on notice that I would like to be compensated for the damages but the biggest problem is I'm a struggling mother working in the horse economy and couldn't repair my car.

Worst tow company ever. Horrible customer service. They towed my vehicle and I wanted to come pick it up right away and they said they couldn't let me get my car for safety purposes. Their hours say they are 24hours so I am not certain why I wouldn't be able to pick my car up. They basically scam you to not be able to get it the same day so they can tack on a bunch of unnecessary fees. They charged me $555 to get my car out of tow and my car was there last than 10 hours. The owner is a dick. He was threatening to come tow my car again from my house like he got a kick out of it. Very antagonistic.

Horrible company with worse customer service!We needed a tow truck for one of our drivers stranded on the side of the freeway, they called saying they could only pick up the car and not give him a ride because their driver was "training" someone and there was no more room inside the two-seater tow-truck.How are you going to go and pick up a customer's car just to leave them stranded on the side of the freeway!Ubers and taxis are not going to pick up someone on the side of the freeway.I called them up and the owner got really defensive and started cursing at me over the phone, like it was my fault. I don't care if you are "training" a new person, help us out and don't leave us stranded on the freeway!
