I am not great with taxes- both the process and the math intimidates me and I always procrastinate, ending up turning in my tax forms late almost every year and having to get an extension. This is the first time I tried the H&R block online service-uploading my information into the website then consulting with the tax preparation person over the phone.It was easy and I got my taxes in early for once !*Make sure to actually check your forms when they send them back to you after they are completed. Out of habit, I kept using my nickname during the process and that's what ended up on the form because I hadn't specified my legal name. That was the only thing that had to be corrected.

Robin Reid is very unprofessional and rude. Just because I came in a little early she got really upset and started to talk behind my back complaining to her co workers that I had come in too early. I told her I didn't appreciate being talked about and she yelled back at me saying she was just telling them..umm ok. I've worked in costumer service and I know that's not how you treat customers. I had my paper work dropped off so I thought I was just going to come in and finalize everything, well come to find out she didnt start any paperwork. I have a toddler and am 8 months pregnant and thought it was going to be easy but she made this experience horrible.

Made calls to conclude so many times. Either didn't answer or calls never returned. $100 added to fee with no explanation. I didn't pay it. Still had virtual process to finish even though I wasn't prompted to, NO guidance whatsoever. The worst experience EVER.
