Had a few issues that the personnel at the front desk corrected and were honestly worried about the issues and were prompt to correct them. Other than that, I would stay here again.

Stayed for a few days, it was good! Except one guy that seemed to work there barely smiled, maybe he has a bad day everyday? Lol?jk. Also the "African-American" lady there (few-days-ago) was very pleasant she smiled and said hi and made sure the breakfast was ready and warm and the place clean/neat. Etc. Overall it was a good stay ? we will be back!!I just wish yall would serve BIG FAT JUICY ? BURGERS! FOR Freeeeeeeeeeeeeee ?

I am delighted to be in this hotel and must say that of the 3 Holiday Inn hotels that we stayed in during our week long vacation, it is here that we felt like we were home. The support and warmth of the staff was particularly pleasing and all of them gave a personal attention to our every need with a natural smile.Mr. Kapil of them was particularly very helpful and I am happy to note that his suggestion to go to the adjacent park for the morning walk made my visit a memorable one as I enjoyed the surroundings of the park, the birds, the water to name a few.Rooms: The rooms are spacious and with all the amenities. The washroom also is designed well.Noteworthy details: We stayed for about a week in our California vacation in 3 different Holiday Inn range of hotels and can say without any doubt that this was the best of the lot. The surroundings were perfect for a vacation and particularly for a person like me who is in the habit of taking a morning walk, the park beside the hotel provided a wonderful view.

Today I came here after a 12+ hour drive and after an issue with a room at another company. Juanita (I believe her name is) at the front desk was so kind, helpful and accommodating. The management also helped me with my Expedia issue. The property inside and out is spotless including the rooms. I'm so happy I chose to stay here. Thank you!Rooms: The rooms are absolutely spotless and well put together

According to their staff, this Holiday Inn is privately owned by a person who has contracted with the IHG Corp so they can use the same name as Holiday Inn. This hotel doesn't have to follow the instructions and rules of IHG Corp. We were told that don't expect the same treatment as other Holiday Inn. I don't know if this is true, All I can say is that the services are bad, unfriendly and dishonest.

We’ve stayed over 1000 nights at several Holiday Inns, we were illegally asked to leave for having a service dog from this location. The Hampton, which practically shares a lot with this hotel gladly accepted us and our dog. Go to the Hampton next door.

How do I begin...honestly this isn't the cleanest Holiday Inn Express. I decided to make the best out of this 2 day experience. I arrived on Saturday afternoon. Lots of parking stalls. Huge lighted lot. I checked in, headed to my room. I immediately saw something crawling on the bed spread. I'm FaceTime With Hubby. He walking me through checking the bed & room for bugs. I see hair that's not mine. I just got here...lol. Bathroom is spacious but again not that clean. I still carry sanitizer wipes so I did my due diligence and moved on. I did go for a nice warm swim in the heated pool. Didn't stay long because of being over powered by the smell of chlorine. Grabbed a Fanta soda from the snack bar $3. Decent price. Room service came the next day and didn't empty up at the rubbish, nor did they take all the dirty towels. They didn't leave me clean wash clothes. I had to ask for them when I saw housekeeping or on the hallway. I did sleep well but I just had that inkling of- is there something else in my bed. So I didn't rest well. I missed out on breakfast because I left so late. I peeked in to see Sausages and gravy biscuits. Egg wraps I believe. All of the muffins, bagels & toast were gone. I grabbed coffee in my way out to Church. After church on Sunday, I crashed anyway. I was like oh well. . We'll see what Monday morning looks like...

I was a little skeptical about this stay but I can honestly say I have zero complaints about our visit and would absolutely stay here again and recommend it! Very clean and lots of amenities. No hot tub but the pool is available and the fitness center has little extra touches like a Bosu ball and resistance bands on top of the cardio equipment and free weights. The breakfast? Hands-down the best free hotel breakfast I've had. It included two kinds of eggs, sausage, bacon, yes biscuits and sausage gravy. Hot coffee, orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice are also available. There was a section with sourdough toast and various bagels English muffins. Automatic pancake maker! My son ate 14 pancakes. There was some excitement with police activity downstairs but it was nothing more than just some young kids trying to have a good time. The hotel management and local law-enforcement dealt with it appropriately. I never felt unsafe for even one second.

I used to like Hampton Inn but their rooms are kind of outdated. One room you couldn’t shut the blinds so we had to ask to change. That’s always a hassle when you already get settled in. Anyway - I like Holiday Inn a great deal- good breakfast in the morning and I’ve always had great staff help me at the front desk as well. Many times better than next-door!

This is a fairly new and as such updated Holiday Inn, the room was clean as was the rest of the property and I liked the shower in the room, the bed was comfortable and had both firm and soft pillows, I like the firm ones and most hotels don't have firm enough pillows for me, late check in was honored.Rooms: A decent bed, nice bathroom, plenty of room

Super modern and clean rooms. The bed is super soft, the included breakfast is very good by American standards! Biggest Mango: Rooms are very noisy, so you are quickly woken up by neighboring rooms and the train at the nearby station!
