1.Walmart security is basically non existent. 2.Not enough cash register lanes. 3.There is only one person ACTUALLY qualified to work at the Money center, so if they are sick people who need money are really out of luck. Not to mention that one person is seemingly sick quite often. 4.Its always dirty, not to mention in the produce section. There is always produce items ON the floor. 5.They never seem to have any handicap motorized carts for Veterans and people who are unable to walk for long. The carts are ALWAYS out of order. Most people don't even put them back which is understandable but still. 6.Shopping carts are always shoved into handicap parking spots which is inconvenient again as per no.5. 7.Door and cashier employees are abnormally rude, they tend to shrug you off. They never show up when you press the button for something behind glass shelving, Especially in the auto department. Will add more later, this is a multi person post. Not just my opinion.

Bruh Kenny the cashier just spent 30 minutes telling myself an a couple other customers about his anal wart surgery please explain to your employees that no customer should ever know that much information about anyone and he was pretty graphic about the details

I love shopping at Walmart because the reasonable prices. What I don't like is the fact that some items I want to purchase is locked up. I understand it's to deter theft but the wait to have someone come and unlock the cases is ridiculous. I really would love to understand why only one staff person has the key. Many workers pass by only to tell me someone will be tj ère soon. Well soon never comes. This is not the first time I experience the wait. Most times I just leave without purchasing what's behind the glass. Hopefully in the near future Walmart can supply most of the floor staff with a key.

I'm saddened by the way corporations treat their employees as well as their customers. Beware of expired and rotten food. Walmart is making millions off working families and elderly because they appear to have cheaper prices but poor quality. On July 28, 2023 @ 1:34 I purchased a 5lb bag of potatoes, I checked them, at least I thought I did. I get them home and go into the bag and pull out a rotten potatoe. Now I am inconvenienced because I have to get in my car and go back to Walmart to return the potatoes. Now I'm waiting in line because Walmart does not think enough of their paying customers to have a well manned customer service area in order to handle a consumers needs. Corporations don't care that people are struggling to keep food on the table and this is the quality of products and service we must endure. I know the community is very aware of the lack of quality and service and another thing, you got all this self serve lanes, only 1- 2 cashiers. So now you charge the consumer astronomical prices and you charge for bags and I have to play cashier bag my own groceries for NO SALARY WTF!!! That is my RANT for today.

This place is pretty much a refugee market. The items I need are all locked up and the carts are all busted up. I do it all online now, which prevents waiting inline behind an ex con.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I wanted to pickup some Legos, Mens T shirts and I also was debating on some screwdrivers to fix my kitchen sliding door. I have my little infant daughter with me for the afternoon. I make my way to the Lego section to by a Lego creator tiger for my older son. LOCKED BEHIND GLASS. I press a button and wait. No one comes. I wait about 5 minutes and then find an employee. That person didn't have a key and didn't know who did. Screw it, I'll get it at Target later. Next I go to the baby section and get a shirt for my infant daughter. That took one minute and was simple. Next I get to try and find some male underwear. LOCKED BEHIND GLASS. I spend time finding an employee and she does have a key, but she doesn't speak English. I also speak Spanish, but this person didn't speak Spanish either. She unlocked the case but I was not allowed to touch the socks I wanted. We played charades, as I tried to say in English and Spanish what I wanted. Finally she picked out what I wanted and then she left.... She carried them away and I never saw them again. I left Walmart. I never did get the Lego tiger I wanted and I never got the socks this lady carried away. Never again. I can't spend my day "shopping" for items behind glass and the entire shopping experience in this store is bizarre. No. Never again. Please don't even go here. You've been warned.

Ever time I use scan and go I get harassed at the check out and the door and I'm not trying to sound racist, profiling but its Oriental workers that are doing it by telling u u r stealing and you don't have the same amount of product in your cart as on the app and they don't even count items to back up there claim and at the door you show your receipt and he just stares at you and tells you you're stealing all others at least acknowledge you and tell you to have a good day i used to like going in this place not anymore environment sucks if I didn't have to hit a star button it would've got zero

Horrible service this AM. One checker people waiting 20-25 minutes. Only one person got through the line then I started asking for the manager Martin, he said everyone was on a break leaving just one checker for the front of store! I won't be back anytime soon.

Horrible customer service!!! Waited in line for legos for like 10 mins. Pressed the bottom several times and even looked for someone! I ended up getting it off of A Amazon instead!

Horrible customer experience and Team Lead was very rude. They charged me $31.89 for a 6 pack of Lagunitas beer and when I went to customer service to have it fixed, they told me they couldn't change the price and they could give me a gift card when I paid with my debit card. I wanted my money back in my account, I didn't want a gift card. The Team Lead told us they had told the distributor that the price was incorrect and when we asked her why they didn't take off the shelf, she said that wasn't her job to do that and then she walked off and said all I can do is give you a gift card. I find this ridiculous and not right.

Visited this store today before returning to the Bay Area. Before leaving the store I wanted to go to the restroom but the entrance was blocked by a line of shopping carts!! I was told that the restrooms had been closed since the day before and even the employees had to leave the premises to find a restroom!!! Not only is this an health issue but I think the store shouldn't have opened without restroom access...

Double check your receipt. This store charged me $33 (which it is not $33 but closer to $9.99)for a 6 pack of lagunitas beer. I went to customer service to return, which they kindly did but was informed that this has been a problem for weeks! Edit: the two people that helped me in the photo area were extremely helpful

If you can do your shopping without having to engage the help of an "associate" you'll do okay. When I shop for groceries I'm fine, I can usually find what I need. And I usually shop in small enough quantities that I use the self checkout. But some much of their merchandise now under lock and key because of shoplifting that you have to get someone to open the cabinet for you. I recently sent a photo print to the store via Walmart's website for an enlargement. I received an acknowledgment that the print would be ready in half an hour. I walked over to the store to do some grocery shopping and to pick up my print. Fortunately I was able to find an "associate " to help me in the photo department. In years past the photo department was constantly staffed, as was the electronics department. But no more, one person handles the duties of both departments. Back to my photo...the lady looked up my order, found the acknowledgment, but could not find the photo. Turns out the machine was broken. I wasn't in any particular hurry so I told her that I would come the next day. The store is within walking distance and it's part of my exercise regimen to walk to the store. The next day I went to the photo dept. only to find out that a technician needs to repair the machine. Okay, no hurry. This was mostly a trial to see how good Walmart's photo service is. So far, not so hot. Today I walked to the store do some shopping and to get my photo. It's been like three days now. When I get to the electronics/photo department there are two or three other customers waiting for help, but no "associate". So I decide to do my grocery shopping and come back to the photo department. I encountered a senior associate and asked if she could get some help over to the photo department. "I'll try" she replied. Well that didn't sound very encouraging. I walked down to the photo department and was lucky to nab an "associate". This person had no idea where to look for my photo. How many places can it be ? The machine produces the print and spits it out. Then someone puts it in an envelope and places it some kind of file. After a couple of minutes of watching this helpless associate stumble around I said forget it. I'll use another service for my photos.

Oh my Lord it is so easy to get lost in this store for hours and still have places to look.. I will go down I'll come back down that aisle again and keep finding new things this store is humongous! I have went here for the past month at least and I have still not made it around to the whole entire place.. workers are always usually very friendly and there's a self check out that makes my life 10 million times easier when I only have a few things and don't have to wait in a huge line! There's so much clearance if that's what you're looking for more than I've ever seen it many stores it's so hard to get lost in everything that's here if you don't have extra money to spend I choose to stay away because it's so easy to spend so much lol. Would definitely recommend 1000 times but like I said it's dangerous if you go here not the area just spending wise. That's also another thing I really love is there so much parking and the area is a nice area that it's located in.

While I was at this Walmart I noticed it was very clean and the shelves were well stocked. The employees I engaged with were very polite and helpful. I prefer this Walmart to the other ones in the area because it seems cleaner and more orderly. I ordered a custom cake and it was made exactly as I ordered.
