The bottom line is… the ppl at Carstar genuinely care. My anxiety and my trust issues usually go through the roof when dealing with anything having to do with car maintenance. But Carstar ( Bill and Gina)took care of me. I really wish I could get into detail about my situation .. but just know they are trustworthy and just good people….that’s hard to find . .. I hope I never see them again. Lol. But if I have to or any of my family or friends need car repair,without hesitation it’s gonna be Carstar.

I used their online estimate system for pricing and they responded it in the same day. I decided to bring my car in and the actual cost was higher than the estimate, but which was normal because there were more damage underneath the part. The repair cost was higher than the check amount which was written by the insurance company. Bill, the owner, asked me for the needed paperwork and taken care of the rest. I didn't have to do anything, just wait for the vehicle to get repaired. The price is reasonable, compared to other collisions center. The front desk is very knowledgeable and friendly. No attitudes at all. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Bill and the rest of the Suisun CARSTAR employees. Truly appreciated. You showed me the warmth during this cold weather. Merry Christmas.
