“I love the area your are next to the waterfront and near restaurant, bars and there is always events in the weekends near by. The apartment is awesome maintenance is always on time for anything and landlord is always there when you have questions. It was quiet no loud neighbors and no roaches!!! Big plus! Can’t find much places that is affordable with no bugs.
