We decided to go with WeMove USA because a close friend of ours used them recently. What I didn't realize was that their simple fee means substandard service. From the beginning of the move, we were not told what would be covered or what we should expect. Additionally, the movers (Ilya and Sultan) weren't as efficient - taking lots of breaks, playing YouTube videos while moving/assembly, and they weren't fully prepared. They constantly asked for water at both origin and destination which was very concerning. These movers took 7 hours to move a 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment 5 miles to the new location. Can you imagine if we had a bigger place? At that rate, it would take multiple days if you had a more bedrooms/bathrooms! Unacceptable!!We were quoted 4 hours at the rate that was listed. When you get paid by the hour, you're incentivized to work longer and of course that happened. I caught them watching YouTube videos on two separate occasions during the move and the assembly/disassembly of our furniture. Their power drill died so they couldn't reassemble our bed frame. I called the owner to complain and he quickly sent someone out to deliver a drill, but we weren't credited the time lost because of that issue. Additionally, our bed frame was assembled incorrectly! We asked them to fix it and we realized after they left, they put the pieces wrong by drilling new holes to assemble our bed instead of using the holes that were made before they disassembled it! Now we have to get our bed fixed because of their mistake!When we paid at the end of the move (7 hours vs 4 hours quoted), there was also confusion about paying cash vs paying Zelle. They tried to pressure us to give them cash because Zelle incurred fees which I adamantly said no and that was incorrect. When I sent my funds through Zelle, Ilya quickly called again to demand payment because they didn't receive it right away. I called Greg, the owner, and forwarded my email confirmation and told them sometimes banks take longer when it's the first Zelle transaction. Because of their mistakes, it took us a lot longer to move out. We decided they weren't reliable to move any more important things because of their ineffectiveness. I feel like I wasted a lot of money for these movers when I still had to move half of my things out myself!The company is cheaper than others but for my next move, I would make sure to pay a bit more for better service. Out of all of my moves, this move was by far the worst and the most stressful. I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Crew was exceptionally kind, punctual, and went extra mile to assist me. They even offered to repair a console table I purchased from Wayfair a year ago, which had mismatched parts. They literally modified and fixed it. I hope they will be available for my next move! It was the most outstanding moving experience I've ever had, and l've relocated frequently. Thank you so much! The reservation process was incredibly straightforward as well. They were the first to contact me and made booking quick and easy. I can't express enough how positive the entire process was.

Had a move today we the guys from WeMove. It went as smoothly as possible. Guys helped not only pack and carry all the staff but they also helped to assemble/disassemble the furniture and took care of fragile items. They worked fast and we knew the price from the beginning, no hidden fees. So we really recommend!!
