There on a Monday, 3:30..one person in line, one teller, after 10 minutes and four in line I went to ask why there is only one teller. I am told by someone at a desk ‘one’s on break’, this proceeded till there were eight people in line. I had to find someone after 20 minutes of waiting, when I think the ‘manager’ comes out and questions why I’m complaining about the teller service…by this time I’m still second in line, trying to make a deposit and all of a sudden everyone that was sitting around is now in the teller line… ‘the manager’ asked me why I’m not using the atm…I explained I want a live person to take care of my banking needs…My opinion is This day and age no one should have to wait for customer service within reason. This bank had the same two extra people sitting at their desks, when they could have been on the teller line earlier…Caution: this particular branch and their customer service.

There is a reason this place has 2.5 stars… never enough tellers… they shut down mid-day so their teller can go on break… go to a different spot, this one is terrible

I had to go into this bank the other day because the woman I work for who is within days of dying from cancer, was convinced by a scammer on the telephone that he would lose his job if she didnt grant him computer access and then go to her bank to make a transaction. Im a caregiver and she was a lifelong nun- and truly believed she needed to put on a business suit to go to her bank and do some sort of transfer. I'd driven her to the bank so I knew which branch she used. The younger woman at the window (beautiful young lady of color with a really cute apple watch and lovely manicured nails) LISTENED to me and took notes as I explained that shortly - a cancer patient would hobble into the bank with an unusual request of some sort. I was giving my boss privacy so I didnt know the depth or details and she was "terrified" to share any details about why she needed to go to the bank BUT that she must find her nicest business suit to wear there. My boss repeated " I Cant tell anyone, I cant even tell YOU why I need to go to the bank" The teller allowed me to leave the woman's name and she took my name and number and I felt SO RELIEVED to be taken seriously about what was happening. The teller empathically LISTENED. She took notes and let me know she'd look out. When I went to teh parking lot, a woman said she overheard me and told that the "Best Buy/Geek Squad Scam" was a big one right now and she begged me to call my bosses family. I did end up calling her brother (a lawyer) and she never went to the bank and she froze her accounts. BUT I still think that the bank teller deserves a HUGE thank you because she cared, and she listened and she was professional and amazing. Wells Fargo please acknowledge this amazing employee.

The manager Gohar and Nasreen? I think was her name, helped me out so much today. They went above and beyond so that I could transfer funds. These ladies work hard so if you ever have any issues, please ask for them as they will help you. I'm very happy with the service at this branch.

Two tellers on a Thursday. Really? The line was huge and most customers make small talk. I wish the manager stepped up and helped some customers out to make the line move faster. This is ridiculous.

Truly the worst Wells Fargo. The worst customer service ever. I've been there three times and all three times the tellers were rude and just referred me online. No one can ever help in this branch with anything. Don't even know why I bank here. I will be moving banks.

This branch is a JOKE.I have been a Wells Fargo client for over 15 years , never had any bad experience but this time it was a horrible experience.With so much Fraud going on these days , their system is garbage .I have a fraud happened in my account, came for a help since i was able to detect it right away,First: THERE IS NOBODY TO TALK TOSecond: They looked at me like why do i even come to the branch and ask for helpTHIRD: I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND WELLS FARGO BACK TO ANYONE, BECAUSE OF THEIR EASY FRAUD SYSTEMGARBAGE BANK

WARNING!!!-Let me be clear-the people at this branch are lovely! Nothing but Love-though very $$$$$ eyeglasses were stolen there. My PROBLEM is with WELLS FARGO in general-THEY are THIEVES! Robbers! In March of 2020, my Wells Visa Credit card was hacked-Wells called with "suspicious activity" noticed! I explained that I was in Valencia, Ca getting my hair styled-NOT Best Buy, or pants, or Target, etc. The fraud was over $3000!!!!!! I told them I have PROOF of where I was, and would go with the police and Wells to Prove this! I HAD a LOT of $$$ in Wells-now removed! The PROPER response should be "Don't Worry-not Your fault-We'll handle it!!!" Instead...1.25 YEARS later, they are still opening/closing the case! ENOUGH!!! Wells Fargo is NO DIFFERENT than being held up in the street by a robber with a gun!!!!!! I am now reporting them to the BBB, FDIC, all social media with SLAMS by all Late Night tv hosts, etc. THIS is the "bank" that got Busted by Senator Elizabeth Warren for FOUR BILLION DOLLARS for opening up fictitious bank accounts of their clients! They chose the WRONG person to PHUKK over... BEWARE: Wells Fargo are ONLY dysfunctional evil lying cheaters!!! At least Vegas gives free drinks before they ROB YOU!!!!

My favorite wells fargo location. The workers here are super quick and very helpful. Shoutout to Trina and Robert C. They were so helpful to me. The second I stepped inside I didn't even have to wait.

I can’t believe it costs money to deposit money from one account to another, with or without cash now! Total rip off and scam! Wells Fargo needs to Step there game up. Didn’t get an alert that 2500 didn’t go through to an important client and had to find out myself when it’s too late. People don’t have time to check there acct. every min of the day with all that extra deposit fee, money you think you’d have a better alert system! Un real!
