If you are a wells fargo customer do not go to this location. There is always some bulls%^# going on in this location. One day I stopped by to open a business account and they had no bankers nor did they have tellers. Today I went in to get temporary business checks and they made me wait for 20 minutes for approval from the manager. This location is the worst of the worst.

Friendly staff, polite and helpful. Great location for me since I shop at Ralphs often, and this branch is just next to it.

This Bank employees some of the most unknowledgeable business bankers I have ever dealt with. After having a business account with Wells Fargo Bank for over 46 years, we are finally changing Banks- due to one incompetent individual. Gabriel cast a very negative cloud over this particular branch. He would be best suited in a position where he did not have to deal with the public. He never smiles or says hello. His knowledge of banking is very limited. He should be sent back to customer service training, and then re-evaluated, and his future with Wells Fargo Bank needs to be carefully revisited by upper management.
Anyone that would park in front of the bank, next to handicap parking, in front of the ATM machines- rather than park in the back of the lot for the convenience of customers, just shows how self-centered this individual is, and doesn't really care about others.

The rep Gabriel lacayo, was dismissive and stand offish. With all due respect to his background, i dont need to be enriched by his comfort with being rude or what he thinks is "I'm just being me". What If my mortgage was on the line? Or anyone else?? People you have a responsibility here!! Banks play a major part in our lives!!! If you cant make the clients feel comfortable do something else!!!
