Rosa at check out was incredibly rude tonight. No one was in line save for me. I asked for her help and she doesn’t even turn around to say “yes?”I said “I need your assistance” and still with her back turned she said “just one moment” while she did some inventory work. 5 minutes I waited. She was short and rude with her responses and honestly has me willing to drive 3+ miles to another location. To avoid her rude, nasty demeanor.

Big thanks to Alex in the pharmacy who went above and beyond by helping me with some insurance issues today. It's been an uphill battle with insurance to get my medication approved and everyone at this location has been great but today Alex really helped me. I really appreciate it!

Noone answers the phone. I've called and been on a rotating hold with music and then regular ringtones from 6pm to now 6:40pm on a weekday. Wow. Just wanted to know if a prescription was available and you can't reach anyone. Need to find a new pharmacy.

I've been coming here for many many years and I'm appalled. Nearly every single time I come in the pharmacy technicians are very rude, disrespectful, and dishonest.

This pharmacy used to be pretty good, but has gone downhill. If you don't mind stepping over, homeless people sleeping in the doorway to get in. The management doesn't seem to care. The pharmacy staff is a hit and miss. Jen, who works the counter can be completely unfriendly and seems annoyed most of the time.

I hate people like you all. I am so sick and tired of pharmacists treating me like garbage because I have a disability (ADHD) and need to take medication for that. I do not need to hear another stupid diatribe about how I should switch medications; I have tried like seven different kinds already, go screw yourself. I am transferring my other prescription from you and reporting you to the board of pharmacy along with the other stupid Walgreens I have been using

Mark, a pharmacy tech is one of the worst people to deal with, avoid him like the plague. I had questions for him in the pharmacy and he kept talking over me and try to hang up the phone and when he got frustrated he just put me on hold for 10 minutes and then picked up the phone again and tried to apologize and try to be nice again but I told him that was unprofessional. So I will be transferring all my medications away from Walgreens. Thanks to Mark and thanks to all the pharmacist who could use a lesson in being more humanitarian and courteous

I basically got there like 3 minutes after I guess they're closing time for pharmacy and I voiced in a lot of pain because I just got my implant and it feels like my boys cracking and yet they wouldn't give me my medicine and then when I got home after I left they call me back and tell me I could come get it my message if I want to f*** you you are the f***** idiots

My friend just told me about her problems with the pharmacy and I had the same issues with the same employee, a ornery short man with who wears a ton of sterling silver jewelry from Hot Topic, avoid him at costs. I went to pick up a prescription I needed immediately and I was told I needed proof of address to pick up the medication. I am at an Airbnb and have no proof of a lease/mortgage. I was also told GoodRX cards were not accepted by the same man. Also, a lie. When I asked what proof they needed, he said "anything, a bill, whatever". If they did require proof of address they would have list of acceptable forms of proof. Clearly this was made it up on the spot by a disgruntled employee. Requiring proof of address is neither a law not Walgreens policy. The requirement is an ID, which I gave them. This employee is actively turning customers away from Walgreens and outright giving misinformation. Not sure what his gripe is with his employer, but lying is unacceptable when it comes to urgent medical care.
