I highly recommend this place. The doctors have always been friendly and staff cares so much about the animals. I jist moved to LA so these experiences have given me so much piece of mind knowing it’s hard to find a good veterinarian. 10/10

My nervous berne doodle was welcomed by Veterinary Medical Center, an was SO comfortable that he happily cooperated during his exam. You can really feel the difference a caring and knowledgable team makes. We're so happy to be here!

I have been going to this location since I got my first puppy in 1992. Four consecutive dogs have been patients! Very happy with services and the staff. I didn’t give 4 stars because no place is perfect. Nothing negative. I would like to see costs of visits to not be so pricey at all vets. It may encourage more people to adopt. The cost for just a visit has become too high. Especially for those on fixed incomes, etc. otherwise , I am happy to recommend VMC.

Dr Steve is the most caring and knowledgeable doctor. He listens to my concerns and always treats each patient with love. I would recommend him to anyone that wants the best care for their cat or dog

I take my dog, Jojo to Dr. Steve at Veterinary Medical Center. He is such a caring, kind, patient and sensitive Doctor who loves and cares for all animals. I highly recommend Veterinary Medical Center in Studio City and Dr. Steve. You are in the best of hands with Dr. Steve!

This used to be the only place i trusted to bring my pets for decades but sadly this place has gone so downhill in the past couple of years. The staff is rude and unresponsive, calls are not returned and the overall treatment and care my pets have gotten here has gotten so bad. There is no care and love for pets there anymore, everyone is just clocking in and they have zero empathy even with people who have been customers (and who have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them). They sadly just dont give a crap. My cat was dying and the staff didnt care and didnt offer any help or empathy in getting my cat (who by the way had gone to them for 16 years) into the practice to be put to sleep (which is traumatizing as it is) in a timely manner so the cat didnt have to suffer. We ultimately had to hire someone to come to our house. It breaks my heart to say this because they used to be great and I referred many friends to this practice all of whom have since left and gone elsewhere, and now i understand why. For the prices they charge you can find much better care but honestly money isnt even the issue. For my fur baby I will pay whatever I have to, but no one in this practice cares anymore about customer service or the pets or service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they actually care about your pet.

Drs.Tentser and Kai are terrific vets — kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. And they clearly love animals. I trust them completely with both my senior dogs.

We had our first visit with Dr. David Tentsner. He was warm, welcoming and professional. He checked our new puppy after a horrible visit with another veterinarian. ( check my profile for the other vet).
Dr Tentsner actually held our dog did a proper heart listen with stethoscope , checked his ears, eyes, teeth, and a thermometer unlike the other veterinarian that we went to. He educated us on the necessary vaccinations and what to look out for. He wasn't pushing any vaccinations on us. The other vet didn't even want to pick up the puppy until I encouraged it!
He suggested doing a stool sample by bringing in a small sample of his stool within four hours of him doing his business.
So far we have had a good experienced thank you.

Dr Steve is an excellent doctor and an even better human being. The staff here are also always lovely. So glad to have them.
