This location had no connection or reference to the appt I made online and in fact, the mgr said they have no affiliation w any verizon corporate or company offers.
So. Once I arrived, I had to start all over again and explain my desire to separate from a current business account and start a new one.
Two hours later…
I left the store resolving to end it w Verizon.
Ellen, who helped me today in the Ventura store, was as kind and helpful as one could wish. She was new to this but was actively figuring it out.
It’s Blaine on the corporate level who screwed this pooch. Not to mention Ellen’s local boss who left her high and dry for over an hour to deal with my complicated issue and could not help other customers who arrived and just waited and waited.
In addition to me, I imagine you lost two other customers today.
As for Blaine, you’ve got a bad company rep in this person. Don’t know their last name or office location but I spoke w them and listened to them type endlessly on and on and asked them questions they would not answer, this after I had spent an hour at the brick & mortar store your company seems not to be affiliated with.
You’ve lost this customer because of that and because of Blaine.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service I received at this location. They pretty much blew me off then they helped 2 people who came in after me!

We just wanted to take a moment to share our experience with the staff at this location today.
Darryl, Jesus and Ting were patient, professional, knowledgable, resourceful and helpful. We felt well taken care of; all three of these employees seemed to genuinely care about making sure we were getting a great deal and that we were satisfied with our purchase.
We will definitely be returning here for any mobile needs in the future. 5 stars for excellent customer service on a holiday weekend!

Do not get a phone here. If you’re going to get Verizon go to an actual Verizon store. These Victra retailers push every add on they can without explaining anything or giving an honest breakdown of what they are adding to your plan. Then if there is any issue you are screwed because they aren’t a real Verizon store so you get bounced between Verizon customer service, corporate Verizon stores and the Victra stores all saying they can’t do returns or exchanges and the promotions you are expecting get lost in the shuffle. Just go to a corporate store and at least they can do everything you need in one location.

By far the worst customer service ever! First and foremost, absolutely no one answers the phone in this store! I have called multiple times on multiple days with no answer. It is beyond me how a cellular store of all stores doesn't pick up the phone?!
Coming to find out, there is only 1 person working at this authorized retailer non corporate store and I had to wait an hour just to be helped by a rude individual.
I was lied and persuaded into a plan I regret switching from Tmobile
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

Tried to call the store to check on a phone in stock, as mine is dying, but the number listed goes to an overseas "Store Support" line. Very unsatisfying.

Shittiest and worst Verizon ever . No one is ever helpful at all I have gone to this location 5 plus times to fix an issue and still nothing . I will be canceling service with Verizon thanks to these dumb ass workers and snakes . And I've been waiting for the manager to call me And still nothing .... CALL ME before I report you :)

Horrible experience here. I was sneakily sold accessories I did not need. I went to return them the next day they gave me such a hard time just to return and now I am still waiting on my refund the store does not want to release.

Not an official verizon store. They will charge you a $40 setup fee for a new phone in addition to Verizon’s normal $40 activation fee. Wasted my time coming here .

This store sucks. Do NOT go ANYWHERE that is VICTRA. Only go to Verizon They sold me crappy screen savers for 2 new 15 phones that each broke in 2 days. Not to mention they jacked the price up. Then refused to allow return. GO TO APPLE ! They sold me screensavers for way less money and have NOT BROKEN. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE !!! UNSCRUPULOUS , SHYSTER STORE. Oh and...they NEVER open on time
