Parking sucks and I guess they don't have enough workers here... Better off going to a different location since staffing won't be reliable here.
QR code doesn't even show nearby Verizon stores, shows less results than Google. I almost drove out 8 miles for another store before I double checked Google.

Junior saved the day! After I spent 3 days unsiccessfully processing a phone upgrade online and issues with Customer Care reps on the phone, I came to this store to pick up a new device and he resolved what the Verizon system could not. He was knowledgable, gracious and efficient.

Not a “real” Verizon. Didn’t have the iPhone, didn’t tell me another store that had it. Guy was wearing a coat and was too cool to give good service. Go to the Apple Store, not this location.
