UAKC Studio City Customer Service and Sales People are UNPARALLELED! I have been purchasing from them exclusively for years. Their team will climb mountains for you. Literally, they loaned me their lunchroom fridge for a week when I had no other option (long story)... WHO DOES THAT!!?? They do! They've given me their cell numbers, checked in after service calls even months later to see if everything was still okay... Who does THAT? Universal does! And especially a huge shout out to Manager Maida who rocks big time. Her personal approach has built a long-term relationship. I will never buy stuff anywhere else! Also, their repair team is the best I've ever had - they know everything. I have never been disappointed!

Someone at this company is using stolen credit cards and swapping clearly doctored invoices on fraudulently purchased items. Management seems unwilling to resolve the situation, so you're getting a chargeback from my credit card company.Explain to me how the item on the invoice , MK2227AB, lists on your website at $79 and my invoice says $429 for qty: 1. Something crooked is going on in your warehouse.The weight of the package doesn't even match whats on the shipping label.

Horrible. I paid for a fridge 5 months ago and was told it would be in a month from then. Darren lied to me and now will not return our calls or emails. Complete nightmare. Run do not walk to a reputable appliance center this is not it !

This company is a total Fraud. They had installed a used and after market part on our Wolf stove that made a continuous gas leak, and once they became aware of it and their incompetency of fixing the issue they offered a partial refund in which they never did and once the credit card company became aware of our dispute, they made up horrible lies that we had purposely sabotaged their work and had intentionally ruined the stove. I would stay far away from these frauds that pretend to be authorized dealers of different brands and would actually call the manufacturer for recommendation. I will be reporting them to Wolf manufacturer for wrongful representation and will take them to small claims court to seek justice.

Very happy with our purchase and installation from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. Dennis was wonderful to deal with throughout the entire experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, communicative and helpful. His team was great too - thank you to Dyana for the great communication as well.For any future appliance needs I have, Dennis and Universal would be my first call.

I went to Universal and had done my research to buy some appliances. and I've picked out some high end ones in my mind. I had an appointment with Tim on Sunday morning and he made some great recommendations that saved me tons of money, kept me within my budget and found the right pieces for my space. Tim was fabulous to work with has a winning personality and made some good coffee and provided cold water.

This is a place that carries high end appliances…do not expect high end service! I bought my $5000 plus Liebherr refrigerator here and because the location was convenient called them to check on a part for a broken Miele washing machine. I was told that they didn’t sell parts and couldn’t come to look at the washing machine and that I needed to call Miele directly and when I asked for a number I was told to look it up. I certainly will not be buying any more appliances from them nor will I be directing any of my neighbors to them.

I am finally remodeling my kitchen. I went to Universal and had done my research and I've picked out some high end appliances. I can't strongly enough warn potential buyers to stay away from this store. They are friendly only up until the moment you make your purchase. After purchasing over $9k of appliances from them they have refused to service or even recommend anyone for my range. My fridge has needed repeated service and 3 months after an $800 gasket repair they refused to repair their own work which fell apart and instead blamed us for using it wrong (opening a closing the fridge door? really?). Their manager Angie has been completely dismissive and rude to the customers throughout this process.All my prior and future purchases will be with a much more friendly store such as Pirch.

I had a very good experience working with Dennis and the Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center team. Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, and gave very good recommendations. We are very pleased with the products and service that we received, and would highly recommend UAKC.Every question was answered with time and care. This is a great company that takes pride in their service and customer care.

Despicable company. Almost all the appliances, they sold me were almost two years sold ans New. Don’t buy from them! As you can see simply, I’ve had to go through so much (took 6 months) for a credit of the dishwasher that was never delivered in the original order and the products don’t work correctly as new ones should. I’m still working with the credit card company they are reviewing what you sold me because you’re not following your return policy. Also you did not contact for a return at all. As I stated multiple times, please take your product. It is here for your pick up and you just ignore me, I’m happy to pay restocking and return but I’m ignored. You said I had to keep the items, call the manufacturer, and they are all broken after install.I did not sign for delivery.Everything was sold online.Everything stopped working correctly immediately after I received the products. You ask them to refund your money or take them back within the 15 day policy, they will ignore you and do not take them back and then they will tell you you have to refer to the manufacturer. Also I was here and the technician did not show. I’m required to be working during the day and can’t keep taking off when your tech doesn’t show. They’ll say stainless steel appliances are special order, which they are not and on their website it says that stainless steel appliances are not special order. My dryer was white which is the standard color also. My family and I have rehabbed over 50 units and never had this kind of problem with other stores and their appliances. Sad they’re in business and I was trying to help a small business and they make others look bad. Go to Costco they stand behind their products. I’m happy to produce all emails with this communication.It also has taken 3 attempts for you all to credit me for a dishwasher you never delivered originally and took over 10 months to get.

In a day and age when quality customer service is relatively non existent, it can be downright exciting when it happens!. After hours of searching online for a new 30" slide in gas range in black, I was becoming more confused, frustrated and unsure of which direction to go. I ran accross Universal Appliances in Studio City and gave them a call and was routed to Suzanne. She was friendly, professional, & knew her stuff. She took down all of my information, and by the end of the day, she had emailed me details on several options. She made finding and purchasing my next stove a pleasure! It felt great to be taken care of like Suzanne did. Universal is lucky to have such a great sales person. I'll shop at Universal for any new appliances I need. The delivery went without a hitch too. They were super careful about my floors and did a great job setting it up.

Great microwave purchase and installation experience! This was a replacement of an in-cabinet microwave that had stopped working. Maida Magaña was the project coordinator and she was super helpful. Installer (Alex) arrived on-time and was quick, efficient, and informative. The new model fit like a glove and looks great. Will definitely recommend Universal Appliances to friends.

We renovated our home during the worst time and faced many difficulties these past two years but... by far the best vendor we dealt with in the entire process were Dennis, Dyana, Alexis, and the rest of the team at Universal Appliances. They helped us make our choices, they had the best pricing anywhere (I checked!), they accommodated the many delays on our project, and installation went perfectly. They accommodated special needs for our installation schedule, and they didn't leave any boxes or anything behind for us to clean up.We're very happy to have bought all our kitchen appliances from Universal, and would happily recommend them to everyone else.
