He has consistantly had helpful advice without being one of those "You're doing wrong" kind of guys. He's much more of the "You might try this" types. Offering up resourceful suggestions. He obviously knows the products and recommends complimentary goods that will work toghether. It was my 2 or 3rd time asking questions. BHOH has good staff. “Great time at the Funko Shop. We inadvertently saw this place on our way to the Hollywood walk of fame and ended up parking across the street. Metered street parking available along Hollywood Blvd. and side streets. The store is organized into different collections: Marvel, Disney, Horror, Harry Potter, DC, Gaming, Sports, etc...lots to see. I love the large human-sized displays they have around the store. Tons of photo ops with your favorite characters. As expected, lots of Funko Pop figures and merch for purchase. There is also an area where you can create your OWN custom POP Figure ($30). All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Although I would consider this an absolute must for any Funko fan, most others will find something (or character) they can appreciate in the store.”
“I Love this place! when you walk in you are always welcomed by the amazing staff. This place has a little bit of everything for every one comics, manga, funko pops, figures, and books for kids. I love spending hours here looking through the back issues and talking with staff. What makes it better is when the store best employees Princess Pugsley and Shuri come and help you look for comics. Give this place a try and you will make excuses just to skim through the comics.”

“this is definitely one of the best RC shops. They have all kinds of cars and brands like traxxas and arrma. I went there to turn my traxxas rustler into an FPV RC car by using an FPV drone camera and mounting it onto the car and Armand was very helpful and nice. The customer service is outstanding i highly recommend this place.”
“So this store was pretty darn cool. It had a lot of fun stuff. Spent about a good hour in this store. Will totally come back soon. Employee said that they usually get shipments bi-weekly if I'm not mistaken. Do bring your wallet because you are going to want to spend if you like to collect or if you're feeling nostalgic. “They have a lot of stuff, and if you don't know what you need, (as in you if something breaks and you don't know what it is) then they will help. They are also very nice. They have a lot, and if they don't have what you need then they will order it for you and call you when it arrives. They even told me about a cool spot for driving rc cars that I think they made. Watching Lisa Yee and Dan Santat banter about their latest book, The Misfits, was a treat. The first pages have me hooked. As soon as I have a cup of java in hand, I'll return to The Misfits. Thanks to Children's Book World for this (and many other) wonderful experience!”

“Mega City One is amazing!! It may not look like much from the outside, but if you love comic books like me, it has mostly EVERYTHING you are looking for to meet your regular comic book fixes!! I've been going to this store for years and they rarely let me down. The owner and JON who's runs the store are incredible and have a wealth full of knowledge. Beyond that, they will go to the extra mile to make sure that your comic book needs are fullfied and you and your needs are fully taken care of. Also, Mega City One far exceeds their closest competition, that "Rotten Apple" place down the street! Forever, for me, Comic Books have always stood for "Truth, Justice and the American Way!" When I visit Mega City One, I feel like I'm stepping into the Daily Planet where hidden greatness can be found. They are so much better than President's Lex Luther's villains lair down the street. Can't recommend Mega City One's excellent customer service enough! They will take care of you and you will NOT ever be disappointed!!”
“We brought our kids here to celebrate their birthday by letting them pick out what they wanted. It was such a special experience!! I loved how everything was easy to see and my kids didn't make a mess by trying to pick everything up to "discover" and if they looked at something it was easy to put back. I don't know why I liked that!! There are toys for all budgets just look around! The girl working was so nice and helpful and really likes working there so that was also nice because I was asking her about their inventory! Thanks for the awesome toys!”

“Frank and Serena were the best Lego store employees I ever met. I've been to one other official Lego store and the stores in two different Legoland and never found anyone as helpful and knowledgeable about their store. The store pick a bric is better stocked then the Legoland in Carlsbad. The store looks pretty well stocked. This is definitely my favorite Lego store.”

If you're willing to splurge a little for a lot of joy, this toy store is where to be. However, if you're pinching pennies and normally buy your kids' toys on Amazon or Target, you will probably find this store pricey. This place is different from your run-of-the-mill toy shop. It has a great location and excellent customer service.
