My favorite pair of platform boots broke yesterday so I needed a new pair and I'm so thankful that Sarah was there to help me find a new pair! She was so kind and knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect pair! Thank you so much, I will be back!!!

Not the best customer service or return/quality guarantee. Let me start by saying that I am used to a lot stores being pretty good in helping out especially is something went damaged way to quick but I felt like all I heard from this store was no. Not sure if its just Studio City or everywhere but basically I got some Docs for my bday, they are a velvet kind of material, wore them twice and on the second time, they got a hole in them. I'm not looking to get money back, I don't even need a full refund of credit, I don't have my receipt (gift), I frankly just wanted to switch them for another pair and I would gladly pay more than half for them. The only thing the employee could suggest is that I get over it and wear them out or sell them to someone else. I mean if they truly can't take back some damaged shoes that shouldn't have gotten damaged that quickly and get them exchanged for some other ones or at least some credit towards new ones, then I feel like it's a big loss on them. They could have had a new customer and made some money for the store and if I had a good experience, I could have came back and bought more as a loyal guest. Anyways, maybe she did all she could but it's a shame especially it being such a big company who promotes great quality in their shoes.

Great little small shop. Officially licensed: the people are friendly, and I thought I was a size 10 but ended up being a size 12/13. Good thing they were all firendly. Jeramiah is a boss I told him what I was looking for and we started out at "let me get you 2 sizes above that" and he also gave me tips on how to preserve the leather and (although didnt need it) gave me advice about how to keep my fresh new boots at high quality!! It was such a great experience for my first time getting DOCs I cant explain more how awesome it was having such good help.

Super friendly service, I feel like I put Jeramiah through the ringer asking for the right size fit but he helped me all the way through! He also gave me tips and advice about caring for the leather knowing I would be working with these boots.Remember to not be afraid to ask for another size higher EVEN TO TEST if its the right fit. Dont be impulsive. These are fabulous boots!

This is the location I frequent the most. I actually go out of my way for this location because the customer service is so great as is the selection of shoes. Parking is never an issue. I am always greeted upon arrival and immediately assisted with sizes. Today I had lots of questions about the different types of fit and leather and Elvia, Aubrey gave me great customer service… and on past occasions, Brendis has also been very helpful. They do a great job of juggling the traffic of customers. I love the boots I picked up today! Super comfortable and perfect for what I need.

Store has a nice looking interior. Sales personnel are excellent. I wanted to try on/buy the tall "24 eyelet" boots, but unfortunately they are now only for sale online.
