I was a member here for 11 years and it was very exactly what I needed. Quiet, never a wait for equipment, nobody bothering you. Plenty of space and great value for the price. I had to move, but I recommend this gym and its trainers to all!

This is an excellent neighborhood gym. It has every type of machine imaginable as well as multiple cardio options and a decent selection of free weights. It is no frills, but has everything you need to get a great work-out. I was staying at a nearby hotel and felt welcome and comfortable.

My place to go for a personal training. Vladimir Sizov is the expert of high calibre. Besides Vladimir's achievements in IFBB, also my results speaks for the level of the coach he is.
