Just came in to buy a chair. Tried to up-charge me for assembly. Told them no can assemble myself. Then they told me I would have to wait a week to assemble it myself . I don’t even know why I bother buying anything IRL anymore.

Super reliable amount of office supply inventory (only place I know to get typewriter ribbons), always good deals, good customer service and they recycle electronics. I come here for all my basic needs from mailing/stationary to desk furniture and equipment. And when it comes to printing, the customer service is miles ahead of FedEx.

Did you know you can recycle batteries, ink cartridges, soda stream dispensers, computers and accessories and even markers at Staples?!?! The list goes on and on, and the rewards are REAL! So many times now I've been surprised to have a cashier point out to me on my app that I have enough rewards to actually pay for my entire purchase. It's really incredible and I am super thankful! I definitely feel like I get my money's worth, and I always appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the representatives.

Excellent inventory and good prices for small and mid-sized businesses. This is also our favorite place for school supplies. And their printing center has several useful services that I use regularly. Plenty of free parking and a very helpful staff. .
