I love Speedway Express! Whenever I'm visiting Studio City, I always make sure to drop by and check out their amazing menu. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere is one of welcome and relaxation. The food is delicious and fulfilling and I always leave with a smile on my face. Prices are reasonable and you get a lot for your money. I appreciate that Speedway Express is committed to providing quality meals in a pleasant setting and I'm consistently impressed by their commitment to great customer service. It's a great place for me to kick back and enjoy a quality meal every time I'm in town.

While I would like to make a positive comment on this neighborhood station, today’s encounter blew that chance.I pulled up to an available pump, paid at the pump by credit card and began to pump what should have been $60+ in gas. $4.27 in, a man approaches and says he just gave the attendant $10 for the pump I was on. I walked into the office and the VERY RUDE attendant literally told me to “work it out with the other customer!” WHAT!?I had no cash on me to give the kind man who merely needed $10 of gas. The attendant shut off my transaction and wouldn’t clear the pump for either of us to proceed.I helped the kind man out with $11.00 worth of gas from a different pump and left with $4.27 worth in my tank!OWNER: Be aware that your employee is losing you business!This was an easily fix had he not been so rude!

Your night time attendants literally don't want to work. Every night after midnight they refuse to pump gas. They are lazy, inefficient, and grossly overpaid for the work they refuse to do.Keep waving off your customers! You're useless!

The clerk is the most useless unresponsive person I have ever met and no it has nothing to do with the language barrier so hear me. His catch phrase is "come back tomorrow."I have come here 3 different times to pay with a gift card only to figure out from customer service that what the cashier told me was a lie. He either "doesn't know how" or doesn't want to help.You're telling me the ONLY person who is there all day doesn't know how to collect money? You're not serious right? You see why this doesn't add up?If you have ANY other thing to do at this place other than get gas with cash or buy a Red Bull, they won't do it for you, he will smile at you as you walk away pissed off, lie to you, whatever it takes to get you out of their face.They don't even know how to activate a gift card. Useless. I guess all these people resigning and worming from home forces Speedway to hire anybody with a pulse.
