I can’t give this place enough stars! Customer service is fantastic. I had to bring two different pairs of shoes back for design flaws they had in them and the team was happy to help me get it right and get the right shoes on my feet. Can’t recommend enough. ??

This Road Runner Sports location in Studio City has been incredible!! Their staff not only helped me find the right shoe before my 10k race, but I have come back with my husband, my mom, and my grandma and each time has been wonderful. Staff (shout-out to Mitch in my most recent visit) have listened to our concerns, informed us about our unique foot needs, and have been patient with our questions and selection process. Absolutely recommend you go there!

I highly recommend the Studio City branch of Road Runner. Start to finish my experience was top notch. Derek was awesome- friendly and professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I opted for the custom insoles and I am amazed at how they have changed my walking experience.

Road Runner Sports is hands-down the best place for running and athletic shoes. I purchased a pair for my son, and also for me. They have every brand available. The fitting process is designed for athletic people who really care about the health of their feet. The staff are all athletes with firsthand knowledge of their products. Don’t just go to the Nike store. You will really be limiting your options. These are people that love running and athletics, and care about their products. Five stars.

Everyone super friendly and knowledgeable, Jolene helped me out and she was great. They do a free foot scan and stride analysis for first timers to find the perfect shoe for you which I thought was pretty cool

Was a little unsure walking in about how my experience was. For context it was a Saturday morning and packed. Thankfully I was helped by Jolene who while juggling a register, customers, and grabbing shoes, was able to take the time necessary to help me and give me tips about starting to run. Everyone else at the store was very nice and helpful, especially since I looked very lost. Would recommend!

I think the person who helped me was named Joan. She's great. I shopped the discount barrel stores for years. It's not often you find great customer service anymore. Once I learned about Road Runners, they have me as a customer for life.

You completely changed my life! I went in desperate to find some trainers. For years I kept running on numerous shoes that just hurt my feet in every way possible, especially the sides. I finally decided to drive down to Road runners. I spoke to Sonia who recommended a diagnostic on my feet. I ran on the treadmill so they could record me and I went on their scanner. They knew exactly where I was in pain from it. It was incredible! She recommended the perfect running shoes, socks and they made me custom inserts. Also I kept wearing a size that was too small. They were able to tell me the size that I needed. Now I’m ready to break this record that I’m training for! Thank you!!! Little did you know that you changed my life and the day I accomplish my goal I’m going to visit you with a gift! ? I had the best run of my life today.. No pain… Fastest PR… I appreciate your team so much.. I even left with my running watch… Visit them! Don’t hesitate or listen to bad reviews. They are the best!!!! I tried everything before them and store..They simply know what they are doing…

Super disappointed with the service and experience here. I started getting into running recently and wanted to do their foot analysis/shoe fitting, I got here at 6:34 and they close at 7, and the female employee said they needed a full half hour to do it and couldn’t help me. I asked if she could make an exception. Store was empty too. I drove across town from Silverlake to Studio City during rush hour after closing up my shop to try and make it in time. I also explained this to the employee, and she continued to refuse. I came in super excited and with high hopes for this. I’m a business owner myself and would never let a disappointed customer walk away without trying to go the extra mile to help them out, and in this case make an exception. As a result of this poor experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere to get some running shoes and recommending others to do the same.

The associate that helped me select a running shoe was honest and not trying to push me into any particular brand of shoe. She helped me make a very smart choice after having knee surgery. I appreciate her honesty and knowledge of the various shoes in the store.
