I came in here to make a return (my own fault, didn't check the length of something). Parking at this location is limited. Staff was friendly, despite the person they helped before me being like, wildly rude. This location seems to have a pretty good selection of items, but of course, doesn't have everything the online store has.

I was glad they were open on Christmas Eve. However the young white woman with long dark hair was super rude during checkout. She had a huge attitude and did not even look at us when handing us the bag. I did enjoy my interaction with the other two staffs on-site that day they were super helpful.

I just left the Reformation store in Studio City and my experience was lovely! Nilu helped me with my sizes and was very attentive to my needs. The store was well organized and very tidy. I look forward to another visit soon!

I've stopped in the new Reformation a couple of times now. The first time I came in I spotted the Roxbury Dress I wanted but held off on it since it was pretty sheer. Today I stopped back in and they were having a really great sale so I brought it home with me. Service is great, dressing rooms are nice. I will say I was a bit bummed that someone had tried on the XS and got makeup in it. The XS fit as it should and I'd be swimming in the Small so I was disappointed that if I wanted it, I had to get the last XS that I now have to have cleaned in hopes of getting someones makeup out of.I hope the store will do a better job at ensuring pieces are kept clean. I'm grateful to have been able to score it on sale but as someone who very rarely if ever wears makeup it disgusts me that girls/guys cake that s*** on them and then get it all over items they aren't even purchasing.Anyhow, the little long sleeve, fitted, silver metallic mini dress is mine!If you're a fan of Reformation, this is the perfect location to stop in. I was out for a walk and as per the usual didn't have my wallet on me - they accept Apple pay and I was in and out in no time.Happy customer, I'm sure I'll have to pace myself because they always seem to have some nice items here.
