The security in this store carries a firearm wearing a bulletproof vest, with multiple clips to reload on his holster belt.
I've caught this guy following me around the store and frankly it makes me really nervous. I hope the Kroger organization has done extensive background checks on these security guards they hire that are armed to the teeth with deadly weapons.

Check your change without leaving the cashier. Today the cashier decided not to give the bill at all. Only coins and receipt of purchase. Because I was in a hurry, I couldn't go back and figure it out. Be careful.

On May 26, 2024, that is, I just came to the store and wanted to buy this water from this shelf. That’s why I got it separately for each bottle, despite its price. And the auction price of 20.99 turned into something similar to 36.99. I showed the price to the cashier, which they started explaining to me that I’m wrong, it’s crazy.

Fix your website it's terrible trying to pay for my prescription online and it keeps having me sign in every five seconds and then when I try to sign in, it tells me I'm already signed in like fix your website. This is ridiculous. Nobody has time or patience for that kind of bullshit.

Imagine a grocery store, then imagine 1/4 of the selection of a regular grocery store at 4x the prices. Deli is empty. No one available. After a long wait, "we don't make sandwiches anymore". What kind of grocery store doesn't even make sandwiches anymore? Honestly, just close this place, it's over.

The website states they are open until 1 am. I arrived at 12:55 am. Granted, it was late in the night but definitely before the store was set to close. I got to the door and it's locked and the security guard is looking at me from the other side. I point to my watch and said they are still open. A manager comes to the door and I said, "You should still be open, it's before 1 am." He said, "We closed 20 minutes ago". Why bother stating your hours if you just plan to close early as if it's no big deal. The guy was rude and incredulous that I was even bothered by the fact that they should still be open according to their own website. Shady and lame. He gave me a bunch of grief as if it was my fault that they decided to close early and had people waiting at the door to get in.

Clean, difficult in this area, nice workers, across the street from the sportsman's lodge. Plenty of parking of course. This store is run down and it shows but they always have what you need. Good deli and hot food area. Regular grocery store. I come here at least once a week. If you're looking for an inexpensive meal, this is the place. Haven't had a bad experience

Hello, today I had a very unpleasant experience for the second time in this Raplhs. It was around 3:30 I think and I wanted to buy food, I was very hungry because I was leaving work and I just wanted to eat. The woman who serves there, with a strong build, does not smile and with a somewhat aggressive lipstick color for a store of this category. I waited a long time for her along with my partner, she was arranging some boxes and did not stop to see us, greet us, or attend to us, when I said Hello to her for the third time, because I think she was ignoring us, finally we ((((she screamed for a moment) ))) I told him that we are too hungry. And she responded: “I have to wash my hands” and I don't know if she did, I just saw her again organizing some boxes. How lazy this woman is, when she finally approached I said: I'm very hungry and she didn't respond at all. I told him he speaks Spanish and he told me half way and he continued speaking to me in English, my English is terrible! I don't understand why he doesn't make an effort with his fellow LATINOS. He served me reluctantly, never apologized for the delay! This is unfortunate! I wouldn't want to have to ask him for something again, he's anti-customer, I get the impression that it annoys him to see a CUSTOMER approach! Well, I saw how he addressed an older woman OMG! I lived a really quite negative moment with my friend. I can't keep this quiet! I'm sorry! If any manager reads this, please DO SOMETHING! Thank you Thousand!

I used the Kroger app which makes check out super easy. I also use the mailed coupons but they don't always have everything in stock however if you ask they'll apply the coupon to another item which is nice. The quality isn't as good as Gelson's that's the only reason I'm giving four stars.
