SECURITY GUARD CHRIS - please beware
Victims can file this civil claim as soon as they are ready. They don't have to wait on the outcome of criminal proceedings. If you suffer a serious injury in an attack in or near a grocery store, a California negligent security lawyer can assist you in holding a store fully liable.
I only give this location a 1 star for safety reasons and the disrespectful security guard Chris that will tell you in so many words to get away from him because he do not work for Ralph’s. I’ve realized on the days that he is working. He is not paying attention to the door and let the homeless chase customers inside the store - Chris yellled at me tonight while being chased by homeless simply because I asked for his assistance- out of all the security guards that I have encountered at this location this one most definitely is damaging the brand and destroy a 30 plus relationship with the Ralph’s and krogers brand. As long as Chris is working there I will never feel safe to visit this store.
I have also reached out to my legal counsel. I will also not rest until this is looked into further.
People please be safe if it’s the night CHRIS is working the front door.

Nothing makes a customer's shopping experience more enjoyable than than having armed guards in bullet proof vests protecting the Hummus and toilet paper and cooking spray
I've been a customer since 94'
Always a pleasure
My one suggestion is they should fashion each armed guard with a German shepherd
Keep up the great work Ralph!!!!!

Choked on Air Fresheners
Customer service has improved tremendously. This review is about how strong the bathroom air fresheners are. I can still taste them in my car! They are DISASTROUS for people’s health. Full of toxic heavy metals which feed pathogens that are responsible for chronic illness. One interaction with those fragrances can leave someone bedbound for a week if not longer. That means their ability to bathe, go to the bathroom, cook for themselves, work, take out the trash, have a life, sort mail, pay bills is hijacked by fatigue and neurological symptoms thanks to inhaling those fragrances. They are more harmful to lung health than cigarettes, yes hard to believe.
In 2024, we should finally be getting over the obsession with fake smells that we all have been conditioned to by the chemical companies who don’t have public health’s interest at heart. If one must find a solution to make a room smell good, pure essential oils from a diffuser is the way to go. 30 minutes twice a day is plenty! They last longer and smell better!

Ralphs is a good location to be able to get your groceries shopping for the whole week. This is at the perfect location spot to celebrate the weekend as we prepare for July 4th celebration next week. I have been to this location a couple times. Looking forward to coming back here. There wasn’t a long line as there is a self check out option u can use. Also great to be a member so you can save as much as money as u can and get rewards as well. Never have any complaints u can take your friends and family there.

Damon was a cashier on June 24 and my dude was dope as hell. Bless that being. Good star 10/10 would go in Damon’s line again. Homie was fast, efficient, friendly and cool. ( ̄^ ̄)ゞ thank you. More people need to be like Damon

I've been shopping here for years, YEARS and I just don't see how I would ever come back with the abysmally massive price gouging going on at Ralph's. The rotisserie chickens are $10. The Kroger Signature Select ice creams are $5 whereas two years ago they were priced at $1.99. $7 for muffins. Everything is priced too high and massively inflated. Kroger is taking in huge profits and I don't see how it's not theft. Shame on Kroger Brands, shame on Ralph's.
The staff seem ok.

The worst customer service! At 8:30 on a Thursday not a single lane was open. Not one cashier available to help me. I had a full cart with according to my receipts a total of 132 items. Most grocery stores won’t even let you do self checkout with more than 25 items! I had to do multiple transactions because the self checkouts are small and it won’t let you bag anything while you are still scanning(weight sensitive can’t move items). Such a hassle. I am disabled and I specifically don’t go to stores like Aldi where I could save money and bag items myself because I need the assistance to bag my items and help to my car! But tonight I didn’t get any help whatsoever! I also asked 2 different male employees for the bathroom code and both of them told me they only knew the mens code and walked away from me. Neither of them offered to get the code or help me. Horrible customer service. I don’t suggest this allocation at all.

Kelly is the most professional and hard working manager I’ve ever met. She handles every situation on the spot and knows how to properly delegate them. I’m thrilled to have her in the store that I am always at and knowing I am in great hands. Thank you Ms. Kelly. A+ work!!!

Flies swarming around the produce section... Moldy onions for both regular and red onions. It was gross! How is this allowed? The onions had mold in plain sight and no one had removed them. The flies itself were a red flag but these onions have been sitting with mold for days!

Be aware! I strongly recommend to check you account and make sure the accurate payment was deducted when using your credit/debit card. I purchased one chicken for Under$10 and I was charged $30. Yes I checked the screen, I used self check out, and I have the receipt. Will be stopping by to get my refund. Horrible that this would happen at a grocery store self check out.

It's a local must and location favorite. The parking lot is probably the most challenging with limited parking for Ralphs and shared large plaza neighboring business. They have additional parking to the back end as well as parking underground/below. Ralphs - Studio City is often busy day or night and you can usually find everything you'd looking for and more. The isles a clean and the service serene. They carry a solid selection of craft beer/brew, wine and some great vegan, vegetarian and gluten free finds. You can do self checkout or take up a line. They have many clerks on duty, more so doing the day. If local or on foot via metro it's near numerous stops for a few local public routes as well as Universal City/Studio City Station. Shop at one of the best (locations), eat fresh (their produce can be the best)!

I went in to shop as I normally do there and the new security guard (short Mexican guy) racially profiles me and insinuates that I’ve stolen something when I don’t even have pockets … he has absolutely no reason to believe that. But as a returning customer I am infuriated. Just a heads up if you’re black don’t put the sushi back when the avocados are brown cause they’re gonna think you’re stealing.

Stayed nearby and everything we needed was there. Staff were very friendly.
