This location isn't at all customer service oriented, and never a pleasant experience due to the lack of staff. Today there were 10 people waiting when I arrived at 11:30. A friend was already there who had a 12pm appointment. A man sitting next to me was very upset and started yelling at the phlebotomist when she called the next customer, she just ignored him. He had been waiting 2 hours, as he was a walk in. I tried to calm him down, telling him he should just schedule an appt on the app, but he wasn't having it. Every time the same tech came to the door, he yelled at her, but she just ignored him again. As we were all sitting there, a woman started yelling at me because she didn't like that I had shared my last experience with my friend, then those around me acknowledged their frustrations. Another man then told her that she was inappropriate and I had a right to talk and say whatever I had to say. She went on to yell and curse at him and me, which wasn't at all pleasant. Another woman then started to express that she was sick and didn't want to hear everyone arguing, so everyone shut up. Overall I'd say that tempers flared because of the excessive wait, and most people are fasting, so perhaps that's why the,"edginess," but that woman was definitely inappropriate. My friend was called in 1 hour past his appt time, I only saw 1 technician coming to bring people in for their lab work. If that's the case that there was only 1 tech working, then that's a bigger problem all around, and she should let people know that she's the only tech and she's running 1 hour behind.This way people aren't sitting their unknowing and can make a decision to stay knowing it's going to be a very long wait, or come back another day. Quest Labs, get your act together, please!!!

I did not have a pleasant experience at the Riverside location at Quest. The order for my blood test didn't show up when I had went there and the lady at the front immediately gave me attitude and told me that I only had 10 minutes to call my doctor and figure this out or else I was going to lose my spot. I was caught off guard as I did not expect this at all and was put under so much pressure, although I was told that the Quest office should have made the call for me. Once I quickly tried to figure this out and my order went through, the lady who took my blood ended up bruising me so harshly and it was genuinely so painful. My whole experience at Quest was awful and I really didn't appreciate how I was treated that day.

Slow, Long wait with appointment 50mins (another location canceled my appointment because I was late) worst of the 3 other locations I have used.Long wait, bad pay parking.

I came to receive blood work here and I came with an appointment. There was an extremely crowded waiting area. Many individuals not wearing mask ? which they should have been especially that they were coughing.The wait surpassed my actual schedule appointment. When attempting to try to speak with someone who works within the facility it was literally as if they were in their own little bubble and was ignoring the wait room.Juliana finally came out and was very dismissive and didn’t display any customer support/service.

My appointment and blood draw went great today. Check in was quick and I waited maybe ten minutes with an appointment. The phlebotomist was very careful confirming my tests and information, even calling the doctor to clarify one test on the order. It was painless and quick, and I was able to sit for a moment after to make sure I was ok. I forgot my jacket and she had it there for me the minute I came back. Happy to come here again for any testing needs.

Be prepared to wait a while even with an appointment. Last two times they were out of some supplies I needed to test at home and told me to purchase them at CVS...then proceeded to still charge my insurance for them. Totally unorganized.

Honestly I expected it to be terrible after reading reviews, but my experience was fine. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment, parked in the garage, signed in on the ipad (bring your appointment QR code, your ID, and your insurance card, to scan into the machine) I was called within 5 minutes, checked in and blood drawn. It wasn’t the least painful blood draw I’ve had, but also not the most. I left within 20 minutes of arriving so I didn’t even have to pay for parking.

Very sad experience. the staff was insensitive and not friendly. The nutritionist told me to get tested, but they are not covered by insurance and I wanted to pay cash for them, which is a couple of thousand dollars. but they refused to place my order, saying that I had to do it myself online. but unfortunately, I don’t understand the test names in the abbreviation and I can’t figure it out on my own. but they didn’t offer me help, they just refused me. This is how people behave who are not worried about the company’s reputation and lost profits. I’ll never come to the Quest again, but I’ll go do these tests in the Lab Corb.

Pretty typical quest diagnostics / lab corp experience. The wait was 35 minutes from my appointment time. Bring a book and wear a mask, waiting room is small and crowded.Staff was nice and professional

cannot get any live person on the phone to answer basic questions. totally lacking the reassurance to rely on this place for any service at all..

I had the misfortune of going to Quest in North Hollywood for a blood test today. I made an appointment online. Arrived on time. Checked in on their electronic system. There is no receptionist or anyone to help or answer questions. After not being called for awhile. I saw that there was a tv screen with the names of people who were checked in and my name was not on it. The only chance to talk to someone is when they open the door to let someone in. You have to try to quickly grab their attention before they close the door on you, rather than ignore you. When I was finally able to ask someone about my situation before they could close the door on me, they were rude and unhelpful. They said they'd look and check with me but never came back. I finally had a chance to ask a second person, who was not as rude. But she was no help either. So I wasted an hour at this Quest location, without getting the blood test for which I had made an appointment and timely showed up and checked in. Finally, the place was so dirty that I cannot say I have much confidence in the quality of care I would have received anyway.
