Wow very sad to report this nail salon is terrible now! Hon "Lynn" After six years of being a loyal customer, I am flabbergasted by the treatment I received from Lynn (Hon). She only works alone and she was charging me double!! . I had no idea until recently . She told me a few times my nails were black & dirty . Which is a lie I am very clean ! She asked me to do wire transfer for her to send over seas . Strange and super unprofessional. I refused . She would fan out lots of cash money infront of me and had her door open ! A lot of money and didn't care. Very weird and not safe! She said she was buying diamonds for $50K ! Super sketchy ! Also she never did foot or hand massage & would give me an old rag ... to wipe my hands and she acted like I worked for her!! Yet I paid close to double without knowing for 2 years! Found several nail salons that are SWEET & normal price ($56 and she charged $100 ) ! Plus they do way better & beautiful work! So grateful I figured out what she was doing / charging much more and left ! Do not go here.

I went to Lynn for several years. She was normally friendly and did a good job but recently over the past six months, her quality has gone downhill as has her attitude.
She has been asking customers to send her money on Zelle so she can make purchases overseas for diamonds, super unprofessional and awkward!!
It's unfortunate you would think as being a loyal customer for many years she would at least offer a free pedicure or a discount on Services ---- if she wants her customers to do favors for her.
I do not trust this place anymore.
Oh yeah and she over charges by 30-50$ for simple gel manicure/acrylic!! She blames her high rent but she refuses to have other staff to help her cover it!
Stay away unless you like to be talked down to and shamed.

Perfect pedicure every time. I have had broken nails and all sorts of horrors- Hon always fixes it and makes my nails and toes look like art! I love her.

Lynn is so good at her job! I get acrylic and gel manicure every 4 to 5 weeks with her. It's a relaxing environment since she is the only one working at the business.

I got a gel manicure. I got chrome on top which cost an extra 15 dollars. I spent $50 dollars on my manicure and it didn't even last 4 days. The gel started peeling off and I completely lost the polish on the multiple nails. Because the polish was peeling the nails kept getting caught in my hair. I do not recommend going here for a gel manicure because clearly there process is wrong as these nails if done properly should last 2-3 weeks.

I love Lynn. She's a miracle worker with my nails. They always last at least 3 weeks. The orange scrub she uses in the pedicure is one of my faves.

There were a few negative parts of this experience but I should lead with the fact I now have an infected toe. The nail technician dug into my toe, which was painful, and left it red and swollen. My guess is the tools were not sterilized either, given the infection. Smaller faults I would have looked past- the credit card machine was broken, I booked a pedicure for two, and only one staff was there when we came so it took double the time and she forgot to use base polish on my toe so now my nail is dyed blue. Terrible experience and also costs $35 for a pedicure.

I don't even want to leave a review because I want to keep this place to myself! This is my favorite spot and Lin is very nice! It's just her so make sure you call at least a day ahead to schedule an appt.

I have finally found my nail spot, I used to come here before under a different management and I'm so happy it changed with this new one. Only by appointment, you'll be the only one in the salon, the seats have massage and the whole environment is stress free. She's kind, professional and really good at her job.

The neon sign is on. Sign says open. there is a sign yes that credit card machine is down, however I had every other means of payment that the piece of paper was requesting. There was NO ONE in the establishment (client wise) and one person comes out from the back and asks what we are looking to get done, I reply a mani pedi and same for the person with me. She proceeds to tell me that she is super busy and to come back tomorrow. Flabbergasted, I just stared blankly and then looked around the empty place and repeated back confused....you're busy? She responded with yes I am busy come back tomorrow. I replied back with I can't come tomorrow hence why I am here now and there is no one here? Was given No other explanation so she just repeatedly kept saying I'm busy. If you are by yourself and can not take a client on say something more than 'I'm busy'. It is extremely confusing as a client who sees a business capable of taking on work and seems fully functional to just say I'm busy. I have never been to this place and I wanted to give it a try since I live very close by, and the one opportunity was ruined by the lamest exchange. I wish I understood what you were busy with, and as selfish as I am sounding wish you could explain that to me. Hope everyone else has a better experience than me. I'm sure they do because the pictures of peoples nails are what brought me there in the first place. Whatever then, moving on with my journey to find a nail salon that I can consistently go to and have fabulous nails again.
