ACUTALLY HAD USED PURRFECT FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS RECENTLY THERE SEEMS TO BE A DIFFERENT ATTITUDE. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE $ AND NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEGINING OF JUNE HAD A 75,000 MILE TUNE-UP AND OIL CHANGE. THE OWNER SAID I NEED TO REPLACE A GASKET ($150) SO I DID, STILL NOT SURE WHAT FOR. WHEN I ASKED DID THEY ROTATE MY TIRES, HE TELLS ME THAT WILL BE AN EXTRA $20. EVEN WITH A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE I WAS NEVER CHARGED FOR A TIRE ROTATION; AND TO ADD INSULT, I SUPPLIED MY OWN SYNTHETIC OIL SO I'M JUST OUT OF KINGMAN, AZ. WHEN MY CAR LOSES ALL POWER, LUCK TO BE ABLE TO ROLL DOWNHILL TO A SAFEWAY GAS STATION. TOLD THE ATTENDANT OF MY CAR PROBLEM. HE TOLD ME AFTER HIS SHIFT HE'LL GET HIS TOOLS AND SEE WHAT HE CAN DO. THE SCREWS (ALL) FROM A HOSE BECAME DISLODGED, AND THE HOSE WAS JUST SITTING THERE, NOT CONNECTED TO ANYTHING. AND THIS PERSON REFUSED TO TAKE A PENNY FOR FIXING THE PROBLEM. LATTER ON THE ROAD TRIP DISCOVERED SOME OF MY WHEEL NUTS WERE STRIPPED. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PURRFECT SHOP IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM. MAYBE TRY THE ONE IN ARCADIA.

Absolutely incredible. Andy and his team are extremely trustworthy and have changed the game in auto service. As a woman, it is refreshing to be treated with respect and grace at an auto shop. I was selling my car the day I came in. I had a check oil light -- which I was confused about considering I had just gotten an oil change. Volkswagen, the dealership, wasn't even willing to look at it briefly. It would have of course been a $160 diagnostic fee to just tell me something basic. Dealerships are a joke. Purrfect Auto Shop, on the other hand, is saving lives. He quickly fixed my oil issue, essentially free of charge, by giving me a new oil refill (synthetic oil at the grade I needed) and a complimentary windshield wiper refill as well. He charged me $20. I will be returning with my new car and recommending him thoroughly.

Best place to get your oil changed! Andy and Karlen do very good work and they do not overcharge. They are so reasonable.

So far, the mechanical service has been great. But the woman who handles the front desk is rude, condescending and flat out unprofessional. She has absolutely no business in customer service. And coming from someone who has worked in construction and automotive garages before, that’s saying something. The location is convenient but unfortunately, I’d drive 10 miles out of my way to find another shop. Sorry guys.

Great place. I live only 2 blocks away and these guys have now for the second time helped me out. Came in today with one flat tire. Thought i had a nail. They took off the tire, put air, checked for leaks, but could not find anything. May just have been due to the weather after all. In insisted to pay as their tech was working in the rain but the owner insisted it was Free and that i can pay next time. Very kind. (He could have just charged me for a tire repair like some shops would have). Honest mechanics are hard to find.

Worst customer service ever. The guy was yelling at me because I asked a few more questions than he liked. Excuse me for wanting to understand before I spend money on something. Shame on you for raising your voice at a woman.

They changed my clutch and bushes they put it in in a very weak way and it they just put in the clutch bushes with some welding super glue and did not refill or change my transmission fluid and unfortunately it totally damaged my transmission.Services: Auto maintenance

My Daughter had a Mercedes C300 with a couple of issues that these guys took care of. I am a DIY'er so I had researched the issue prior to bringing the care in. In LA, I am always skeptical of high-end auto repair facilities because they prey on the unknowing, well-off auto owners. These guys are not like that as they are humble from start to finish. This is not like your typical service center. These guys listened to me and cared about our auto issues. Kate and Karlen were jewels from the intro to the time she picked up her car. My daughter told me that they were consistent in her previous experiences. Most do not want to hear what the customer had to say. One of the managers named Karlen did just that, and together, we fixed the issue with this C300. I know know I have a safe place for my Daughters auto to go.
