Brian was really helpful and very professional but always makes me happy when I see him. I went to go see him with my uncle and he is the personification of sunshine. Pao is also very helpful and knows her products very well. Whatever she recommends me, I love! PLEASE KEEP THEM!!!

Went back in years later as I just moved back to the area. Staff is still rude. I walked in and no "hello" no "can we help you with anything" just two employees chatting and not being completely dismissive of a customer. Sephora and many others are down the street and have better prices and customer service. I'm surprised this place still stands.

I can get my hairspray from other stores but I choose to go to Planet Beauty since they carry good hair/cosmetic products. But most of all, I look forward to seeing Bryant since he is such a nice, professional and sentient being. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products at the store. He is patient and has a positive attitude towards customers. He takes the time explaining what products work best when asked. You would like to go back because of Bryant' attention and expertise. You'll feel comfortable that you're getting expert advice from Bryant.

I really love dealing with this Planet Beauty Store location. Everybody is so nice. I especially had a great experience with a professional Sales Associate named Bryant. I'd come here even if I was just having a bad day and wanted a welcoming space to be in. Bryant stayed approachable and giving me any advice I needed whenever I randomly thought of something else. I only came in to check for the perfume and ended up getting help with things i've been wanting for a while. 30 minutes later, and Bryant is still so bright and giving me all of the tips and tricks I can use with each product. I know my new favorite place to shop <3

Everytime I visit Planet Beauty and work with Bryant I leave with products that I fall in love with. Bryant takes the time to help me find products that target the issues that I have and he is honest and knowledgeable. The selection is great and Bryant always goes above and beyond.
