“2 days ago, I booked an appointment to get an updated covid vaccine and didn't find out until I had already arrived that they didn't get their vaccine shipment that day. Rodney at the pharmacy told me that he would call me when they got in a new shipment and would honor me as a walk-in even though they don't take walk-ins for my vaccine type.
This evening I got a call from him letting me know that they had just gotten in a shipment and he administered it to me when I arrived around 7 pm, even though the pharmacy usually stops doing vaccines at 6 and even recognized me in line, despite us only meeting once previously!
This is my usual pharmacy and they're always efficient and good, but I'm absolutely blown away by Rodney's customer service and professionalism. He went out of his way to accommodate me and I am very grateful.”

“My only complaint is that crates tend to block entry into aisles - I use a walker, so these crates make things more difficult. Also, do you have handheld shopping baskets? Haven't seen any. But employees are nice, you have some good prices.”
