Terrible... they just refuse to have more than 1 cashier, so the line every single day it's just ridiculous long.

The manager at this store is rude and very unprofessional, after spending 150.00 on dog food, she chastised me for giving my dog 1 small biscuit from their bin. I have been a customer at this store for years, and must have spent thousands of dollars here since I have 3 dogs. I will be bringing my business elsewhere from now on. The name on the receipt is Jordan, but I think she used someone else’s name to ring me up. It was a younger female manager.

Savannah groomed my dog, haircut and bath, today. She is a phenomenal artist! My dog, Jolie, has seen her before and both times it’s been the best cut any dog I’ve ever owned has had by any groomer. Savannah is so kind and clearly loves dogs, and above all, she is so skilled at what she does. If you’re looking for a stellar groomer for your dog, take this review as a sign from the universe to go see Savannah.

My encounter with Kelly Anderson's dog training sessions proved to be quite disheartening. Despite making a prior appointment and confirming the date and time, the session was marred by disorganization. I phoned Kelly Anderson to confirm our appointment, only to be told she had no record of it in her calendar, despite our prior agreement over the phone. She had previously provided me with the specific date and time. Surprisingly, she then insisted I book and pay for an online class, a requirement she had not mentioned during our initial conversation. This lack of professionalism and disregard for clients' time is unacceptable. Furthermore, the extensive delay until the next available class exacerbates the frustration. I had hoped for a better experience from a professional service. I would advise others to avoid similar disappointment by seeking out a more dependable and respectful dog training provider!

My loving pooch had to be put down due to age illness
We think about Henry all the time. We had 3 bags of brand new Greenies left,
and Petco gave me credit for those greenies. Thank you. We will wait awhile
before searching the animal pounds for a new furbaby. I will always think of
Henry when I use the credit.

I go to Petco A LOT and I have been for years. I've always been met with smiles and greetings at the front but a couple of weeks ago stood out to me and I had to write a review. A Petco employee was standing near the cat adoption wall kennels and petting a cat through the holes in the plastic cage. As I walked in he greeted me with a friendly, warm demeanor and said "Welcome to Petco! I'm Tanner and this guy is my son Sprite (referring to the cat)." It gave me a giggle and I stopped to say hello to the sweet, very affectionate cat this young man was referring to. Indeed, the cat was ADORABLE and it was clear Tanner loved animals -- and especially this cat. He asked if there was anything he could help me with and I had a bunch of questions as I had just rescued a dog. Tanner was knowledgeable about the products, had great ideas and was very attentive and kind as I made my way through the store and he pointed out various items and answered my questions about food, etc.. When I was leaving I told him that he should adopt that cat because the cat obviously adores him and vice versa. He told me how much he loves animals and loves his job -- and I thought to myself "this young man is exactly the kind of person who excels at his job because he is truly passionate about it." He made my visit to a store I regularly visit, a standout experience that made me feel happy. What more can you ask for when heading to a local store? It beats the heck out of online shopping any day of the week to have not just a pleasant experience, but a fun one. These kinds of young people in the world give me great hope for the future.

Petco has almost anything that you are looking for when it comes to your pet's needs. There are many brands to choose from when it comes to dog and cat foods, animal toys, litter, scratch pads, and a lot more. There are fish and fish equipment for sale, guinea pigs and mice, cats for adoption, and a grooming facility. The Staff is helpful and courteous. Plenty of available parking. Easy to find on Ventura Boulevard. The morning times are generally less crowded. Highly recommended.

Dog was injured during grooming ended up in emergency vet. Drove him there before you told us.
Reply below is insensitive. My dog was injured and required medical attention we did not have an unsatisfactory visit.
